Great experience for staying this hotel, people at the front desk were very warm and eager to help all the time, one in particular, Wang Jing, she was the one who made sure we satisfied the room and service etc etc. Food at the restaurant of the hotel were great but pricey. I definitely will stay in the hotel in the future when I am in Xi’an.

Stayed during the festival, the decoration was very beautiful, the room was arranged in a river view, the room heating can be controlled, the heat is sufficient, and the sound insulation is OK. But the TV is blurry, and it is not good to watch the evening party during the festival. The toothbrush is particularly bad, even worse than Samsung. I haven't seen such a bad hard-bristled toothbrush in many years. The cleaning is not careful, the floor is not mopped, and there are melon seeds on the floor.

I chose Jianguo Hotel after a few days of traveling in Xi'an. The room was OK, the service was very good, especially the front desk service was enthusiastic.
