This is a very good hotel in terms of services and location. It is located just 100-200 metres from Bell Tower and shopping mall. Can walk to Drum Tower and also Muslim Street about 15 minutes. When we booked our trip to Huashan and Terracotta the group tour bus picked us up just in front of the hotel. We stayed for 6 nights and the services were maintained. Breakfast were okay. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Our room cleaned daily. No complaint or any issues with this hotel. Just perfect for us family of 4 ❤️

We stayed at the hotel for one night and one day, hoping for a comfortable experience while we prepared for our twelve hour flight the next day. The first room we were presented with looked decent, but there was a foul odour emanating from the toilet which spread and also caused the room to smell funky- the toilet door was not one with a handle, so if anything smells in the bathroom it will spread and cause the entire room to stink. We went to the reception to complain about the smell and we were initally told there were no other rooms available and we would have to endure the stench and they would pray some air freshener. When I said i had allergies though, they found that there was another room i could stay in. The new room did not stink, which made it bearable but the room was advertised as having “cloudlike” beds. Unfortunately the mattress was very far from cloudlike as i felt as though i was sleeping on a hard wooden board. The door to the toilet was the same- i believe it is the standard for all their rooms. On the other hand, the pillows were very soft and there was a projector screen which we could easily screen mirror with. Wifi was relatively fast and the bathroom had a mirror with a light which i liked. Heating took quite long to turn on and heat up, which was not ideal as we stayed on a night when it was -1 degree. Also there is no heating in the corridoors so i couldnt leave my room without a jacket. When I enquired with staff about this I was informed that heating is only for the bedrooms, which is concerning especially considering the weather. The gaming room was nice and cozy. The location is tricky as there’s another hotel with the same name which caused issues with taxis and food delivery. Just make sure you have input the correct address ask staff to assist you. It’s also about 15-20mins drive to the Muslim quarter and the location itself has halal food options.

🏠 **Room Amenities**: It's a new hotel, quite smart – you can just call out to 'Xiao Wei' anytime. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the double bed is 1.35m wide. Our room was on the second floor. The disposable toiletries were all of good quality, and there's even an air purifier. 💁 **Service**: The two ladies at the front desk were very nice and patiently answered all our questions. 🌳 **Environment**: It's right next to the Grand Tang Mall (Datang Buyecheng), but none of their room types offer views of the nightscape there; it's too far away. 🏝️ **Surroundings**: Joy City is right across the street, which is very convenient. However, it's a bit far from the subway station, about a fifteen-minute walk. The price is affordable, offering great value for money.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The cleaning staff are very proactive; they clean every two days or so, or they'll come by around 8-9 AM the morning after your first night to ask if you want a cleanup. Since I was alone, I felt that cleaning every two days was fine, but for a couple, they'd probably clean daily because each room comes with two sets of toiletries, and for one person, the toiletries usually last about two days. I stayed for four days and didn't see any slippers in the room. I didn't ask if the hotel doesn't provide them or if they were just missing, so I just bought a pair from a roadside shop. These are just my personal observations; if you have similar issues or other questions, you should ask the front desk—they'll know more than I do.

This time I stayed in the Yunyin Twin Room of Xi'an Chang'an Guishu Garden B&B. It was really a surprise! The B&B is located in a high-end villa area, and the environment is quiet and quiet, as if it is a pure land in the hustle and bustle of the city, which makes people relax instantly. The decoration of the room is exquisite and elegant, from color matching to soft decoration layout, it is unique, warm and comfortable. What makes me more satisfied is the super large courtyard. Sitting in the courtyard in my spare time, swinging on a swing to bask in the sun and watching the scenery, it is very pleasant. There are also sandwiches at the hotel, which is a must, the bread is soft, the filling is fresh and rich, and every bite is enjoyed. Highly recommended to friends who want to come to Xi'an to feel the slow life, it is definitely worth it!
