I originally booked a twin room on Trip, but when I checked in, they asked if I was staying alone and kindly offered to upgrade me to a double bed for free. The place isn’t super modern, but it’s clean, cozy, and well-kept—great for travelers who just need a comfy place to rest. If you need water or any room amenities like a toothbrush or slippers, just dial 0 and someone will bring it to you. This service is free of charge. Overall, great value!

It was the first time I brought my family to Xiamen. I looked at many hotels online and finally chose Bona S-Gaoqi Airport Branch. We stayed there for two nights. The hotel is close to the airport, but it is basically not affected by the airport noise. The large-screen TV is comfortable to watch. The WIFI speed is fast. The bathroom is convenient to separate wet and dry. The hemp shoes are breathable and not stuffy. There are smart robots to deliver takeaway👌 The front desk girl and brother are enthusiastic and patient. They helped us upgrade our breakfast and provided good travel suggestions, saving time The breakfast is self-service. The service staff is very polite. There are regular foods. There is also an auntie who can help cook local specialty shacha noodles👍 PS I saw foreign tourists staying in these two days. The staff can speak daily English. It’s great It’s not the peak tourist season these two days. There are many tourists staying here. The room booking is cost-effective and it is a hotel worth recommending. Came to Xiamen for business, two nights and one day. The location is very good, with a lot of restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and the room was just like the pictures. The minor disadvantages are that it is difficult to get a taxi and there is very little provided in the Mini Bar in the room, no coffee or snacks, only two tea bags and two bottles of water. You need to climb several stairs to the bus stop on flat ground to get on and off the bus. The driver didn't know how to get to the hotel gate every time. I also ordered takeout, but because there were only one or two robots, after the takeout was delivered to the front desk, I waited about 15 minutes before receiving it in the room. This is the hotel with the best service and facilities I booked during this trip. The hotel also has its own parking lot, which is very convenient for people who drive by themselves. The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful. The breakfast of the hotel is really as everyone commented. Although there are not many varieties, it is very delicious. The chef is very skilled. There are also freshly made rice noodles. The auntie who cooks rice noodles is super kind. In short, I am very satisfied and will stay again. The nearest station (Jiangtou Station, Line 2) is just 300 meters away, while Xiamen Railway Station is roughly 7km from the hotel. For shopping lovers, SM City Plaza Xiamen—a massive shopping mall complex—is only 2km away or just two subway stops from here. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth recommending!

Because of the marathon, many marathon runners stayed in the hotel, and the hotel gave a box of milk and a banana. Very humane. 3. The location is good. Although there is no subway, there is Wanda, which is convenient for eating and drinking. 2. Bad aspects 1. The biggest shortcoming is the elevator noise. The building has 31 floors, so high-speed elevators are used. In addition, there may be problems with the structure of the building, which leads to the sound of elevator operation in most rooms at night, which is more obvious in the dead of night. 2. On the evening of the 4th, I called the front desk to change the room. The elevator operation sound is relatively loud. The front desk said there were no rooms. I checked Ctrip and there were still rooms above... Later I called the front desk again and said Ctrip showed there were rooms. Please change me. The front desk said they had just cleaned one... Later I was asked to look at two rooms. I chose a high floor, but the sound of the elevator was still quite obvious in the dead of night. Of course, the problem with the elevator is not the hotel's fault. It is caused by the power of the elevator itself and the structure of the building, but customers cannot shirk their responsibilities like this when they make requests. 3. The room is not soundproof. The sounds from the next door, upstairs, and corridor can be heard. Many guests come back late and the door closing sound is quite loud. Of course, this depends on luck. If the guests are of high quality and have similar work and rest time, the impact will be small, otherwise it will still be quite noisy. In short, for a price of more than 200 yuan, this is the only way. In short, this hotel is suitable for finding a private space to live in casually. If you want to sleep quietly and beautifully, it is not suitable. Of course, if you don't care about noise, you can also choose it.

it was my second visit to this hotel. (first visit was 2017) the hotel is very close to Xiamen Gaoqi airport and have small private beach. Hotel staffs are friendly. Breakfast of restaurant in 2nd floor is nice, but 1st floor is not recommended but for my room, room full of smells of cigarette..... the shower water is too hot, not able to set warm. Toilet water flush is too weak.
