We stayed in the family room - it was thoughtfully laid out complete with a slide, swing and lots of toys even in the bathtub. Staff were very friendly and helpful - especially Cathy from the reception who helped us book a trip to Tulou. Location is convenient and it’s walking distance to the beach. The property also has a Starbucks and a convenience store. Buffet breakfast was nice with lots of healthy options and friendly staff. Would recommend this property especially for families with kids.

To me the hotel seemed like a really pleasant and quiet place, I didn't hear any noise at night. The room was very clean, a good mattress and pillows. The beach is around a 10 minutes walk away. The pool is good but there are no sunchairs which was a disappointment because I planned to sunbathe near it. Breakfast was not bad with many options to choose from (mostly Chinese food but there was pastry, fruit and vegetables, baguette, bacon, German sausages and fried eggs).

We absolutely loved our relaxing stay at Seaview Resort. The staff all went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We stayed in a pool spa villa room. An electric golf car could be summoned quickly to take us around the resort from our room. The room service food was delicious as was the Italian restaurant. Was such a treat to have pool access from our terrace. Then we could slowly swim around the canal area. Beautifully landscaped pool and surrounds. It also gave the feeling of privacy due to the layout of the rooms. Even though the hotel itself must have been very busy as it was golden week. The villas area has its own Waterscape cafe for breakfast and afternoon tea. Every pet of the resort was immaculately clean and staff were always somewhere nearby. Special mention must be made of English speaking staff member Ansen. He helped us with our more detailed questions, and gave us insight as to where to go for a nice walk in the gardens or to the beach. He made it seem like nothing was a problem for us during our stay. We truly appreciated his warm assistance. We would recommend this resort to anyone and only wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights!
