Great hotel and the service is really good from the start. Most of the staff can speak English and they put a lot of effort to ensure that my stay was comfortable so thank you. Breakfast was great the staff were very attentive and the manager greeted all the guest and checked if they had a nice stay. I would of liked to have a welcome drink like a bottle of water just at reception but that’s the only negative.

I booked this hotel last minute and was provided a high floor room with a view. Great location and service. However, the room itself is outdated. The beds were still spring beds and not very comfortable. For a 5 star hotel, i expected more but to be honest, I compared it to some other options and this one was great value for the price in Xiamen.

Excellent location with wonderful views of Gulangyu Island. Check-in was extremely slow - with a queue developing, despite it being past midnight - they also required a large deposit (double the room rate!) which we felt was excessive. Breakfast was so-so, quite a lot of choice but generally not particularly good quality - was bored of the selection by the third morning. Lots of parking which was very convenient. To be aware, there are no USB ports in the room and cannot borrow a charging block, so be sure to bring/buy your own. In-room dining menu had a wide selection and good quality. Rooms were clean and well-kept. We were brought a small gift for Christmas, which was very kind. Overall, the location and views make up for any minor ******* - would highly recommend for a city break in Xiamen.

When planning our trip to Gulangyu I had a clear objective in mind, I wanted to stay at Lee Manor. So we splurged a little and book at this very charming hotel built in 1920. Service is obviously top notch and we appreciated the little details like the pick up at the ferry with a bottle of refreshing tea, the suggestions for our dinner spot, the complimentary (and gorgeous) afternoon tea. I was impressed by the facilities, the building itself is gorgeous and all the decor elements are beautiful and well thought. Not being able to go back home in Europe for more then 15 months, this place reminded us Italy and it was a a soothing feeling for us both. A full Chinese breakfast is included in the price and there is an option of bread for Westerners. For that price I would have expected (and enjoyed) a cup of coffee but unfortunately I was told that the coffee machine was broken. The hotel is superbly located and the rooms are very comfortable with all the amenities. Our room was on the second floor, in the old building. The poor sound insulation could be a problem though for light sleepers (or if your neighbors are noisy). I could clearly hear the conversation the couple had in the room next door so I would suggest bringing earplugs for a better sleep. We loved our stay on the island and at Lee Manor! Thank you very much for the hospitality!

At first I was very impressed upon arrival, nice view with stylish design. However the nightmare was coming in the evening, my room temperature showed 28 degrees. I reported to front desk and they said some customers reported cold, hence they switched off the air conditioning and turned on the heater. We were sweating the whole night….2nd night almost same although no heater but air conditioning still switched off only fan was working…..I complained again on the 3rd day cause my room temperature showed 30 degrees and at the end air conditioning kept remaining and we could have a good sleep finally. I travelled a lot and never facing such situation at any hotel before. I was very surprised about such arrangements as the weather was not that cold during my stay.

不拍照了。 酒店毗鄰廈大南普陀等眾多景點，但與市裡交通不方便，春節期間從機場到酒店的道路堵死了，打車不好打。想騎車共享單車，沒車，也沒路，廈門沒有自行車道，天天靠走的，哭死。 酒店距離雙子樓商場很近，購物逛街方便。樓下和周邊有眾多的小飯館，餐廳，早中晚飯非常方便，也有超市買日常用品。 酒店設施太舊了，而且基本身無長物，電梯衹有一部。春節房間價格是平時的幾倍。 不知道是什麼原因，我早上出門下午4點多回來時，房間還沒有打掃，垃圾和用過的毛巾都沒有清理。看了一下攜程簡介，上面竟然不包含每日打掃？？ 不過還好前台經理人不錯，一位男性幾位女性，説話客氣，有問題能及時解決，挽回一些酒店分。

在附近出差，剛好休假有時問約了姐妹一起來廈門玩，整體的體驗感還是不錯的，價格合理性價比高，靚仔老闆人很好，還給我們升級換成了海景房。在窗邊就可以看到對面鼓浪嶼，樓下兩百米就是“沙坡尾”“藝術西街”可以打卡好多吃的，去中山路步行街和輪渡碼頭打車十幾分鍾就到了，距離廈門站也幾公里，交通便利。（9最重要的一點:房間裏有洗衣機，對於我這種長期到處出差的人，簡直不要太友好了，可以一次性把衣服睡袋什麼的拿出來換洗。海景房需要提前一兩天預訂價格比較優惠，臨時訂的話價格偏高，尤其是週末和節假日，這僅是我個人的經驗和建議，經濟條件不差錢的“驢友“可以忽略哈，也可以住隔壁2000一晚的“康×德酒店” 位置很好，就在雙子塔內部，直接俯瞰鼓浪嶼和沙坡尾，照片是實拍。房問很乾凈，清爽，裝飾很舒服;設施齊全:冰箱洗衣機微波爐都是全的，毛巾浴巾都是一次性。另外老闆人特別好，有問題都很及時的解決和回覆，甚至深夜打擾都第一時間解決，體驗很好，老闆是最大的加分項。有機會來廈門還是是會來這家!大家不要覺得同樣的雙子塔比價格，一定要實際品質和服務態度，房問有送一次性浴巾毛巾，千凈方便，交通也很方便，還有冰箱可以用，贊一個，下次還來，開心的旅程

We were glad he is very responsive to our call. Shopping mall, tour operators and food streets are within walking distance. These amenities are especially attractive when there is no metro station nearby. Transport wise, we can easily find taxis around the area and the fares are affordable. There was a little episode when I checked in. Fortunately, where did the customer service help coordinate and the boss's insistence, there was no change. The room setting is reasonable, on the whole, but the details are still serious. Washing machine, refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave oven, basic household appliances are all available, and they are also intimately equipped with disposable towels and bath towels. If you want to add a quilt, the boss also helped solve it in time. The sight line is average, it should be north, and you can see Yanwu Road Elementary School downstairs. I live in the north-facing room and I will have rhinitis, so I didn’t sleep well.

I thought it was cheap and not good. I greatly refreshed my three views. I highly recommend it. The room was very satisfied. I took a few professional photos. The sun was really comfortable. The overall decoration of the hotel was very warm. It was my favorite style. You can also see the twin towers outside the window. From Xiamen University, South Putuo and Shapowei are very close, just a walk away, convenient to visit the attractions, the most important thing is that it is really quiet here, very friendly to people who don't sleep well!

The big bed room booked in October last year was quite satisfactory, but the twin room booked this time was generally the same. 1⃣️ The socket is loose. You need to have something below to not slip off. 2⃣️ The toilet flush button is good and bad. I stayed for 4 nights. There were two nights that it couldn't flush the water. I thought about changing the room the next day. The result was better in the morning 3⃣️ Poor sound insulation (but understandable, after all, hotels in this area are almost like this), but our room is located on the top of Xinhuadu Shopping Mall. There are many children in the store on the first floor of the mall chasing and playing at ten o'clock in the evening. It's really noisy (Fortunately, I slept late, It was quiet after 12 o'clock.
