The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service. Overall, it was a pretty decent stay, but the shower head had weak water pressure.

Great hotel. The location was ideal. Just five minute drive from the train station and a short walk to the centre of town and a number of sites including the mosques.
Staff were super friendly . And the breakfast spread was great. I would stay here again.

It was just alright. It felt a bit dated, not sure why. Overall, it was quite different from other Chao Man hotels I've stayed at, and the value for money wasn't great. On the plus side, the room was quite spacious, and the location was pretty good, making it convenient to get around.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was excellent – close to major attractions and within walking distance of shopping malls and night markets.
However, there were a few significant drawbacks:
1. The TV system was disappointing. It didn't support screen mirroring, nor could we log in to our personal streaming accounts; all content required direct payment.
2. Breakfast was a major letdown and felt like false advertising. Many items advertised on the display boards were simply unavailable, and the overall quality was quite mediocre.
3. The in-room voice assistant was largely ineffective and far from smart. While it managed to operate the curtains, it failed at almost every other task, unable to even comprehend basic commands like turning on the lights.

The service was excellent; we were even upgraded to a spacious room since one was available. The room itself was spotless. The only minor issue was the lack of parking, but the staff were incredibly patient, coming out to explain, assist, and provide directions.

The hotel room was fairly new and equipped with smart curtains. Its location was also great, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The only downside, however, was the lack of air conditioning, making for a very hot night's sleep.
