Good locale. Service staff excellent! Breakfast spread worth the value. Hotel changes their menu and not repeat all the same items. However they should look into the coffee bean maker as it was really slow to churn out a good cup of coffee! Could be that the piping needs to be checked or even cleaned out!? Overall, it was a good experience. Hallway to the rooms lighting uses sensor, which perhaps need to be adjusted, as it requires heavy stomping of the feet to light up. Thanks!

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of two male front desk staff members I encountered during my recent stay at this hotel. I approached the front desk to inquire about to extend my stay. The two staff members I interacted with were both rude and dismissive, speaking to me without making eye contact and answering in a very loud voice. Their behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I understand that front desk staff members are often busy, but there is no excuse for treating guests with disrespect. I would appreciate it if you would address this matter with the staff members in question and ensure that all your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service. I hope that my experience will be addressed and that future guests will not encounter the same issues.

Five-star praise! The hotel opened this year and there is no peculiar smell. The location is excellent, it only takes about ten minutes to walk to Mojia Street and Daxin Street Night Market, but it is also located on a relatively quiet street, which is bustling when you go out and quiet when you enter. Located in Chengzhong District, it is very convenient to go to Dongguan Mosque and Xiananguan Street to the east, and to museums and wildlife parks to the west. The lobby is elegant and bright, and the front desk service is polite and fast. The guest rooms are warm and comfortable, not too big or too small, and the bedding is of suitable softness and hardness, ensuring a comfortable sleep. Central air conditioning and Forest Prince air purifier make the room not smell like decoration. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas, the washbasin is large and easy to place skin care cosmetics, the shower produces hot water quickly and has a suitable amount of water, toothbrushes, shower gel and other consumables are good, the towels are soft (haha new hotel), and the shower room drains quickly. The hair dryer and kettle are all regular brand products, so you can use them with confidence. The sound insulation effect of the room is also pretty good. These are all hardware. After all, it is a new hotel. The decoration and configuration make guests feel the quality. The service makes people feel that the hotel has an excellent management team: the public areas and guest rooms are clean, every staff member you meet smiles kindly, and there is a manager who just got off the elevator when he saw us going. When the elevator came, I immediately held down the elevator. The small actions made me feel that they must be implementing the word ”service” from top to bottom. I called the front desk at around ten o'clock in the evening and asked the front desk to send two bottles of water. I just put down the phone and put on a pair of glasses. The floor attendant delivered a coat in just one minute. The efficiency was amazing! The complimentary late night snacks and fruit and yogurt snacks are welcome, they are all delicious, not just a formality, and the breakfast is rich. The hotel's facilities will age year by year, but daily maintenance and customer service can be better and better. Therefore, service is more important than hardware. I am very happy that I chose to stay at Xingwang International during my trip to Qinghai. (It would be even better if there is a makeup mirror next to the sink!)

The price/performance ratio is pretty good. For example, the price, location, etc. are pretty good. It's just that it's on the 23rd or 24th floor of an office building. It's very troublesome to wait for the elevator during commuting. In addition, the overall room can only be said to be average, which can be regarded as satisfactory.

The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.

Stayed for three nights. Every day, I ordered dinner at the restaurant on the second floor. The staff delivered it to the room without charging any service fee. It was great. The dishes in the restaurant were delicious and the hotel services were very good. It is worth recommending!

I basically didn't see the floor cleaning and vacuuming for a few days. Service: The lobby service is not bad. The concierge guy is very enthusiastic. Whether it is taking luggage or guiding parking, he is very thoughtful. Environment: One side of the guest room can see Xining TV Tower (Puning Pearl). The hotel is in the center of the city, and the overall environment is good. Breakfast is OK, but it is basically the same every day. There is a Chinese restaurant on the second floor for evening tea.

The room has floor heating, it is not cold at all, the bathroom facilities are complete, the shampoo is very fragrant, and the mattress is good The softness and hardness are quite suitable; the room comes with tea bags and ear-hanging coffee bags. The receptionist at the front desk, Orange, is very enthusiastic and very polite. The ladies on duty at the front desk at different times are very considerate. They will help deliver the takeout when it is delivered. They are very kind and the service is very meticulous. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, there is a small business district, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. There is free underground parking, parking is very convenient, a 24-hour gym, and a self-service laundry room, suitable for business trips. There are also quite a lot of breakfast options, with a good combination of meat and vegetables, and the Qinghai local specialty beef noodle soup, which is highly recommended [strong]. The location of the Boli Yabu Hotel is very convenient. There are a lot of shops around. Upon arrival we had a very warm welcome from the receptionist Xiao Yang. She helped us with the check-in and showed us the room. We also got a free upgrade to room with a nice view. The room was very clean and comfortable. We got a free welcome snack and some fruits. We would definitely recommend the hotel and book it again when returning to Xining.
