I had a fantastic stay at the Richen Ruihuan Hotel in Xining! The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, making check-in efficient and considerate. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, this is a great choice. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Xining. Highly recommended!

The ventilation fan in the bathroom is broken, you can see the light, I don't know if it is directly broken out of the house. The fixed screw of the shower has been loose, and the shower head is hanging on the (Qinghai) shower door frame. Alas, it can really make do. Other aspects are OK, there are a lot of tables, and the bedding is clean.

There are a few Orange Hotel banches in Xining. The one we stayed is at Shengli road. Exterior of the building does not justify the interior & service of the hotel. The building does not look new but the room is very clean and comfortable. Sufficient amenities and toiletries, kettle and fridge in the room. I like their complimentary tea bags. Front desk staffs are friendly and respectful especially the night shift lady. There are varieties of selection for hotel breakfast including cereal, oriental choices, fruits, desserts, juices & coffee n tea. There are also self laundry ( plus dryer) services in the hotel. When you order “Mei Tuan” (food delivery) there is a robot 🤖 that will deliver you the food. You might bumped into her once awhile when you taking the lift. Overall satisfied with the service and expectations of this hotel.

安靜，隔音好，住了五晚，休息得很好。交通便利，門口100多米處就是公交站，離高速也近，自助遊、包車、跟團或者自駕遊都是不錯的選擇。旁邊有幾個超市、菜店、清真餐館、飯店，豐儉由人。最主要的，離青藏高原野生動物園步行幾分鐘就到了，去了好幾次。

The child came to take the exam and stayed at this hotel. It was really good. The bed and pillows were particularly comfortable. I liked this hotel very much. I would definitely recommend it to my relatives and friends. I also wish the boss a prosperous business and wish the child a golden list title.

Not to mention, for this price and environment, I got a free upgrade to the room type. Except for a problem with the TV that couldn't be turned on, everything else was very good. The bed was big, and the bathroom was relatively clean and tidy.

The service is intimate throughout the whole process, the front desk check-in is efficient and enthusiastic, the staff responds promptly, and the needs are patiently solved. The room facilities are brand new and complete, air conditioning, hot water, TV, bathroom equipment are running smoothly, the accessories are complete and easy to use, the maintenance is in place, and the living is convenient and comfortable. Comprehensive health, environment, services, facilities are all online, cost-effective, travel accommodation is preferred, will be again next time

酒店環境好，地理位置優越，前台服務態度很好，前台還有免費的茶水，糖果和小吃，還有一次性的刮鬍刀，馬桶墊。客房打掃衞生非常及時，高效，工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，設身處地的為客人着想，住了好幾天。非常滿意的一次入住體驗，離醫院很近，離商業步行街也很近。值得推薦

It was my first time in Xining. I selected a hotel online because of its convenient transportation. Checking in was very smooth and the mutton soup for breakfast was delicious. I am especially grateful to the lady at 1718 (I don't remember her name, she had short hair) who arrived at the store at nearly nine o'clock in the evening with a pile of clothes that needed to be washed. I didn't know how to use the hotel's self-service washing machine, so the lady helped me wash and dry them personally. Thank you very much.

The hotel facilities are brand new and clean, the room is well lit, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom amenities are complete, and the electrical appliances are used smoothly. The breakfast category is rich, Chinese and Western food, noodles and fruits are all available, and the taste is fresh and delicious. The overall environment is quiet and tidy, the staff is very good, the price is super high, the first choice for travel accommodation, will stay here next time, highly recommended!
