Overall, it was good, with a unique design, and the cleanliness and service were both good. The location is a bit out of the way. The soundproofing is terrible, really terrible. It's quite noisy at night; you can hear everyone talking. Light sleepers like me can't sleep well at all! I booked two nights in a row. On the second day, they asked me to clean the room, but when I returned that evening, there was still hair on the pillow. It wasn't cleaned properly. Otherwise, no problems!

The room was fairly spacious, but there was no hot water for showering, and it was very hot at night with no fan. Opening the window made it difficult to sleep due to the noise from the street, while closing the window made it too hot. Overall, the accommodation was just so-so.

The hotel's soundproofing was excellent; it was quiet and peaceful at night, allowing us to fully recover from travel fatigue. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, including local specialty snacks, and the value for money was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Qinghai, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip.

It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats). I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared.
