"The hotel room and its bathroom are very large spacious and they would meet four star hotel standard if they were kept clean and well maintained. But the carpet throughout the hotel needs to be changed and only one (and two later) out of four elevators was (were) working that caused big problems when all room were occupied. Guest reported the problem to the local police and a second elevator started to work one day later. Overall a great asset but very poor managed."

Hotel is new with modern amenities eg xiaodu, smart toilet, smart laundry system. Initially, we could not open our allocated room door, so they upgraded us to a much bigger room. Very kind gesture and we appreciate that. Very close to bus and train station. Highly recommend.

Pros: The hotel’s location is excellent for business travelers, with a large supermarket just 1.1 km away (within walking distance). The bed is comfortable, ensuring a good sleep throughout my 4-night stay. The facilities are well-maintained and fully functional, even though the style is a bit old-fashioned. The front desk staff are very helpful — although their English is limited, they made great efforts to assist using a translation app. Thanks to their enthusiasm, I was able to book trips to Ta’er Temple and Qilian Temple. I was really impressed by their willingness to help. breakfast and coffee are delicious .I love it. Cons: Although it’s supposed to be a non-smoking floor, it’s hard to avoid the smell of cigarette smoke.

This is a very nice hotel right one of the best parts of Xining for restaurants, malls, coffee shops, etc. The pool was fun for the kids (though the water was cold). Breakfast was very good and the rooms were nice.

Spacious, clean and comfortable new hotel . Dinner in the restaurant was delicious . We loved the stir fried vegetable ,and chicken dish which was juicy and seasoned well. Thumbs up to the chef and also to the waiter and waitress who served us that night. This hotel was a great choice as a base for our Qinghai-Gandhi Grand Loop . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Xining.

The overall experience of staying at the Hilton Hotel this time was great! The hotel is in a great location, with an elegant environment and convenient transportation. There are bus stops and bus stations nearby, and it is also convenient to take a taxi. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the warm atmosphere. The front desk staff was warm and caring, and the check-in efficiency was very high. They also took the initiative to help upgrade the room type, which was really a surprise! The room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is simple and modern, the hygiene is particularly clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, lying on it is like being trapped in the clouds, and having a good night's sleep. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the hot water is stable, and the quality of toiletries is also good. The sound insulation effect is very good, and I can't hear the noise from the corridor or next door at all, and I rest very well. There are rich varieties of breakfast, both Chinese and Western, and I especially like the freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruits. The waiter is friendly and replenishes the dishes at any time, and the dining experience is very pleasant. The hotel is also equipped with a gym and a laundry room, which are fully equipped and very convenient. Super cost-effective, meticulous and thoughtful service, highly recommended! I will choose here next time I go on a business trip or travel, and I will also introduce it to my friends~

The front desk staff of the hotel called us before we arrived at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk's service attitude was also very warm. The room also gave fruit and yoghurt. We also accepted breakfast and dinner time. The room was very clean. It was very close to the railway station. It was also very convenient. It also helped upgrade the room type. The northwest trip was very perfect. Next time I will come again.

I am a little disappointed. Advertising said English speaking staff. One lady spoke some English but mainly used translator - which is fine - but communication was very difficult. I experienced the following issues: The room was extremely hot and it seems it’s centrally controlled. When I said it was too hot they didn’t adjust it but gave me a humidifier which didn’t help with temperature. When I was checking out I asked to help to call the taxi - their initial response was to walk - 15min. I have 3 heavy bags and am also feeling sick so I didn’t want to walk. I asked again later - they just said hi to the bus stop and get a taxi. I was surprised that they couldn’t be bothered to down with me and get one for me - knowing that I can’t speak Chinese - it’s few minutes of their time. They were standing around not doing anything anyway. So very disappointed overall. One positive is that they packed me a small takeaway breakfast for fist morning when I had to leave early. Please try to help your guests - small gestures of care makes a big difference!
