I visited during the off-peak season, and the hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the cruise pier, making it convenient to get to West Street. The river view room really won me over, and there's also a viewing terrace upstairs. The service was great; the front desk and restaurant staff were very polite and thoughtful. The hardware facilities are far superior to chain hotels – the lighting control, power outlets, sofa, and bedside tables are all very thoughtfully designed. The only minor thing is that the cruise boats on the river might sound their horns; I heard it twice in the morning, but it was still acceptable. I'd give it a 4.5-star rating to encourage them! 😁 Overall, I highly recommend this place and will choose to stay here again on my next visit.

This is the most delightful hotel I've stayed at in Yangshuo! I booked for two nights and immediately extended for another. The location is absolutely prime, right in the heart of town. From the moment I walked in, I felt the staff's warmth and enthusiasm. We chose the tatami-style room, which my child absolutely loved. There's a dedicated butler service who proactively asks if you need your room cleaned and offers travel tips for the area every day. Plus, they have partnerships with local tour groups right at the entrance, offering better prices than what you'd find elsewhere. There's breakfast, a swimming pool, and even a restaurant with a scenic view upstairs. Highly, highly recommend!

Staying at Atour is always comfortable and reassuring. The front desk staff, particularly a young man named Shanchen, was very professional. He proactively offered us a room upgrade with a balcony during check-in, which was lovely. The hotel's location is great, the breakfast selection is excellent, and it's very convenient for getting around. It's definitely my top choice when visiting Yangshuo. The scenery here is incredibly photogenic, and the bamboo rafting was a lot of fun!

The hotel's location is super convenient. It's just a 10-minute walk from the Longtoushan Pier where the boat tours depart. There are also many great restaurants nearby, and getting a taxi is easy. While West Street is lively, Atour is located on a side street, so it's not noisy at all. Right across the street on Rongyin Road, there's a morning market with stalls, and many people eat at the snack shops. The room, bedding, and everything else were very comfortable. The reusable cup was really handy for taking coffee or tea to go! 👍 The buffet restaurant had a wide variety of options, and the late-night congee service was a thoughtful touch. The sixth floor has an observation deck where you can enjoy 360-degree views of the karst peaks!

I have traveled to more than 30 countries over the past 12 years, and this is the first time I have truly felt that I could call a hotel ”home”—even though so many hotels try to create that feeling. We live in France and flew to China for vacation, hoping to experience both the peaceful natural wonders and the lively local culture of Yangshuo. This hotel’s location is perfect! It sits directly in front of the Li River with an unobstructed view, yet it is just a short walk to West Street and the harbor. We could easily switch between a peaceful, relaxing session overlooking the river and an energetic exploration of the local crowds. Taking a warm bath while gazing at the river and mist-shrouded mountains—all while enjoying local tea and sweets—was an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself is brand new, featuring excellent and spotless facilities, including a 24-hour free self-service laundry and a rooftop with stunning open views. The design beautifully blends modern style with local Chinese Zhuang culture. On top of that, the hotel offers free access to local ”Ta-Ying” activities, photo shoots in traditional minority costumes, and discounted tickets for popular local shows like Impression Liu Sanjie. Most importantly, the hospitality was extraordinary. The team treated us with immense care and kindness from the moment we arrived until well after we got back home to France! They used professional translation devices to ensure seamless communication. The hotel manager, Ms. Ni, along with front desk staff Ms. Deng and Ms. Li, not only responded attentively to every request throughout our stay, but also provided invaluable advice for exploring Yangshuo. We were even given a thoughtful gift set when checking out at 6:00 AM, followed by a warm message once we returned home. This level of hospitality truly deserves to be recognized and appreciated. I am deeply grateful for their professionalism and hard work, and I wish the entire team and the hotel all the best!

Great stay for a solo traveller! The location is convenient, within walking distance to 西街 shopping street and right by the 遇龙河 river. The room is compact but has everything I needed. Service was top-notch and the staff were very helpful with my requests, including arranging a ride for me to 日出初咖啡厅 to watch the sunrise. They even gave me a cute 香囊 as a checkout gift. Very thoughtful and pleasant stay!

Extended my stay, and my friend came to visit! We switched to a different room type and absolutely loved it. It was fantastic, the view was great, everything was excellent, no complaints at all! Really enjoyed it! The bedding was spotless, and the service was thoughtful and attentive.

On a trip to Yangshuo with a few friends, we collectively chose the Aiyuan Hotel, and everyone was very satisfied! The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the rooms were all very clean. The location is absolutely fantastic; we could go straight to West Street for the night market in the evening. The rooftop infinity pool was perfect for friends to take photos, and even without kids, we still took a break at the children's play area. The restaurant's food was delicious, and the environment was comfortable.

The location is superb, very close to West Street, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. The self-service washing machine is very practical, and the room is quiet and clean. The breakfast is also plentiful, and the service is excellent. Staying here made our trip worry-free and comfortable. My family was very satisfied, and we'll definitely stay here again next time.

This is my second time staying at Orange Hotel Yangshuo West Street! It's conveniently located in the West Street commercial area, making it super easy to get around. The hygiene is top-notch, so I felt very comfortable staying there. The staff are friendly and made me feel right at home. The breakfast is thoughtfully prepared, a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and tastes delicious. Excellent value for money, definitely a worthwhile trip!
