Yangzhou Hotels with Pools

Location is the big plus.  Within the compound there's hot spring baths, historical sites, multiple restaurants (some needing 2 weeks advance reservation).  The only downside, which can't usually be avoided in China's locally managed hotels, is that the habits of people using rest rooms / importance of toilet paper refill is different from what some foreigners are used to. Still, overall I'll give it 4.6 stars given the variety and historical significance of some of the sites within the compound.

Staying at Shangri-La Hotel is a great experience! The room is spacious and bright, the layout is warm and elegant, the bedding is comfortable, and you can sleep well. The hotel service is considerate and thoughtful, and the staff is warm and polite. The buffet breakfast is rich and varied to meet all tastes.

Overall a good hotel with a nice swimming pool. Only downsides were that it wasn't possible to turn on the fridge and the view was a little disappointing (considering the is hotel located right next to a lake)

The private hot spring is the highlight, very comfortable. The hotel is relatively new and the service is friendly. It is not far from the East Gate and North Gate of Slender West Lake. If you don't want to walk, you can take a taxi to the South Gate or West Gate. The food is standard, and birthday noodles are given. For a private hot spring hotel in the free shipping area, the price-performance ratio is very high.

Wowza, I can't even begin to describe how amazing this Double Tree Hilton in Yangzhou is! You walk in and bam! - you're surrounded by sheer elegance, but it's chill, not uptight. The room is like its own mini palace - so spacious and with views that'll take your breath away. Seriously, I couldn't get enough of that scenery! And the service? Al! Happy, you're the real MVP! Friendly doesn't even begin to describe how awesome she was. Let's not forget about breakfast. A ton of choices, all delish! Whether you're craving local dishes or your usual faves, they've got it all. I mean, if this is what Double Tree is like in Yangzhou, sign me up for life! Already planning my next visit, see ya there!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, especially for the price. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious, and everything inside our room were disinfected and vacuumed sealed. The gym was fully equipped with a nice yoga room. The staff even opened the gym for me when I needed to use it at 5AM outside their normal operating hours. Breakfast was superb. You can taste the quality of the food, especially the fresh brewed coffee and homemade yogurt. The only downside was limited amount of laundry machines, but the pros outweighed the con for sure.

The hotel is quite new, I especially like the crystal light in the lobby, the room is clean and tidy, the restaurant dishes are delicious, the front desk service is very good 👌🏻 Especially Miss ella helped me send the leftover facial cleanser back as soon as possible! Like your service ♥️

I brought my children to Yangzhou for a holiday. I had heard of Yangzhou Guest House a long time ago. This time I chose Building 11 (Hongqiaofang Hotel). The entire Grand Canal Resort has a superior accommodation environment and many dining and entertainment options. Several famous restaurants like Quyuan, Dongyuan, and Xiangyuan are in or near the resort, which is very convenient! It is not far from Wenchang Pavilion, Siwang Pavilion, Caiyi Street, Dongguan Street (Geyuan), and Pishi Street (Heyuan), and shared electric vehicles can solve it! The lobby is magnificent, and the back garden is even more beautiful, suitable for taking pictures (the hotel package includes travel photography)! The service is warm, the room is large and comfortable, there are many bottles of drinking water, the mini bar and coffee capsules are free to refill every day, and the small snacks are delicious, and they are also refilled every day! The hotel includes hot springs (separate indoor naked pools for men and women, and the Slender West Lake Hot Spring Hotel in the resort is an outdoor pool for wearing swimsuits), the gym and swimming pool are in the resort, and you can call a shuttle bus at any time if it is not convenient to walk, and there is also a quick access for guests staying in the Slender West Lake. Here I want to talk about the service, from picking up the luggage when getting off the bus (there is an electric heater when waiting for the bus, which I have never seen in other places), to the room service (the child's nose bleeds on the bed, and the service staff changed the sheets and quilts in time, I was embarrassed and grateful!), I am very satisfied! In short, I highly recommend it to Yangzhou, and I will stay there again next time!

The hotel is right next to the Grand Canal Theater. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the hotel after watching a play. There is also Jinghua City nearby for shopping, which is very convenient! The hotel service attitude is very good, and they also helped me upgrade to a lake view room for free. The view is very good! There is welcome fruit and yogurt afternoon tea! The environment and service are good, and it is also close to Yangzhou Station. It is worth recommending!

The hotel lobby is very luxurious and magnificent. The overall is fairly clean, and the various facilities in the room are in place. The theme of the little yellow duck is prominent, and there are also small tents and toys, but there is no combination of swings and slides. As an international hotel, compared with the InterContinental and State Guest House, the lobby service needs to be improved, such as the lack of welcome service and luggage service; as a suite, the toiletries are slightly low, and there is no breakfast, but it happens to be downstairs ”Xin Yang Remember” drinking morning tea. The dishes of ”Xin Yang Kee” are ok, and the service is also in place.
