"The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. As soon as we arrived, they offered us hot tea, gave us a local travel guide, and presented us with welcome fruits and snacks. The room was very spacious, split into two sections, which was perfect for traveling with kids. All the appliances were smart and voice-controlled, which was very convenient. The desk even had a gaming chair, which was super comfortable. The bathroom was also smart. The toiletries were excellent, and the towels and bath towels were soft and clean. Even the slippers were thick and not those flimsy paper ones. The hotel also offers laundry facilities, which is a huge plus. The service attitude was fantastic. They quickly brought us extra blankets and cups when we requested them. Next time we visit Yangzhou, we'll definitely be staying at this hotel again!"

"First, the hotel environment: Excellent location, adjacent to the Slender West Lake scenic area, close to attractions such as Daming Temple and Geyuan Garden, in a quiet surrounding environment. Hotel facilities: Relatively new and complete facilities, including a children's playground and gym. Rooms are spacious and exquisitely designed. Some rooms have smart toilets, but the level of automation is slightly awkward; it closes automatically and makes a beeping sound, which is a bit startling. It's kind of semi-automatic. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service quality: Warm and attentive, responsive, and able to provide personalized service. Special mention goes to Hanfu (traditional Han clothing), which can be worn for photos 😊. Dining experience: Breakfast mainly consists of set meals from Yechun Teahouse featuring Yangzhou specialties (such as Wudingbao and Tanggansi), which have a very good reputation. The cultural atmosphere is rich, with even a Go board game (😂 Neo-Chinese design, elegant room names). It was a bit of a shame that there was no coffee. I booked the hotel because I saw in the reviews that they served coffee in the lobby every day, but they only had Pu'er tea and green tea, which is really inconvenient for coffee lovers 😥. Because of the lack of coffee, I checked out a day early and moved to the Yangzhou State Guest House instead 😂"

"I wanted to follow the navigation to the inn, but the waiter took the initiative to greet us on the street, which made us feel better. The courtyard-style inn is quiet and pleasant, the Chinese-style design is both calm and elegant and chic, the room facilities are complete and comfortable, the service staff are very polite and enthusiastic to introduce us to the surrounding attractions and food. What surprised us most was the gift of tickets for the small pangu scenic spot. Although the garden is not big, the scenery is very charming. We took a walk in the drizzle. It was so pleasant to sit in the tea room in the garden while enjoying tea and listening to the rain! The hotel environment has nothing to say, it is to go to the environment, we live on the 2nd floor, can directly overlook the landscape inside the hotel, and can see the Qiling Tower of Daming Temple in the distance. Odita butler service is also very good, will personally lead us to the room, will prepare coffee for us while we wait, and will send white fungus in the evening. In fact, there is a complimentary breakfast in the hotel. It seems to be Yechun's morning tea. The taste is OK. There are some complimentary items. After all, it is a hotel related to the theme of health, but I have not experienced it when I have to play outside. The location of the hotel is close to Daming Temple and Slender West Lake. It is definitely the most convenient to drive by yourself. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Daming Temple. After playing in Daming Temple, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the Slender West Lake. It is recommended to walk out from the south gate of the hotel and walk along the river. There is a small waterfall there. There are also many adults and children playing in the water there. It feels good to escape the summer heat, and the overall experience is quite comfortable and comfortable.

The room was spotless and tidy. We stayed for two nights, and it was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Each time we returned, there was a pleasant surprise: drinks and fruits subtly placed in the room. Breakfast was excellent, and we also had lunch at the hotel for both days – the taste speaks for itself. Our butler, Jingjing, was responsive, thoughtful, and responsible. This is an excellent, very refined, old-brand hotel.

What a surprise, upgraded to a business room! It's convenient to take the kids to the Grand Canal Museum. The hotel is very new, modernly decorated, and equipped with a swimming pool. The kids had a lot of fun~ I got up early in the morning and took a walk around the Peninsula Park in the north. It's a comfortable four-kilometer range! Although the surrounding area is close to the viaduct, you can't hear the noise inside, it's still warm and comfortable! The breakfast category is a little less, and it's not enough for a picky kid... There is no other meat except grilled chicken sausage, which is a bit embarrassing~ The wonton is good, the meat buns and three-diced buns are also delicious. In short, it's a good choice, and there are surprises. I'm really happy!

Honestly, the service staff were all excellent and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. However, the hotel facilities were rather basic. I was kindly given a large room, but the details didn't hold up to scrutiny. The carpet was very dirty; I was puzzled when I entered, but was told it was the carpet's natural color. :) The extra seating area was basically useless, the sofa cushions were very uncomfortable, and the bedding wasn't very good quality either—all just passable. I'm not particularly picky, and I mainly went there for the hot springs, which were quite nice and comfortable. The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy; even with earplugs, it was still a bit noisy, and the room was still very hot even at 19 degrees Celsius. We didn't eat breakfast, neither the person nor the dog, because we didn't like it. The à la carte menu was only one page long, with very few dishes, and the restaurant was very deserted. It was difficult to find good takeout options nearby, not even a cup of coffee. The hotel's coffee was also bad. Overall, it felt more like a guesthouse than a standard hotel. However, the staff were indeed very responsive. Yangzhou is a truly wonderful city, and the people of Yangzhou are also very kind and gentle. Next time I visit, I will definitely stay in the city center.
