"First, the hotel environment: Excellent location, adjacent to the Slender West Lake scenic area, close to attractions such as Daming Temple and Geyuan Garden, in a quiet surrounding environment. Hotel facilities: Relatively new and complete facilities, including a children's playground and gym. Rooms are spacious and exquisitely designed. Some rooms have smart toilets, but the level of automation is slightly awkward; it closes automatically and makes a beeping sound, which is a bit startling. It's kind of semi-automatic. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service quality: Warm and attentive, responsive, and able to provide personalized service. Special mention goes to Hanfu (traditional Han clothing), which can be worn for photos 😊. Dining experience: Breakfast mainly consists of set meals from Yechun Teahouse featuring Yangzhou specialties (such as Wudingbao and Tanggansi), which have a very good reputation. The cultural atmosphere is rich, with even a Go board game (😂 Neo-Chinese design, elegant room names). It was a bit of a shame that there was no coffee. I booked the hotel because I saw in the reviews that they served coffee in the lobby every day, but they only had Pu'er tea and green tea, which is really inconvenient for coffee lovers 😥. Because of the lack of coffee, I checked out a day early and moved to the Yangzhou State Guest House instead 😂"

"First off, both the room and bathroom are spacious, and all the facilities are brand new. However, since it's just been renovated, the smell is quite strong, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with babies. Secondly, the service was quite disappointing. We booked a king-sized bed room for two, but were initially given a family room. After discussing it, they said they'd switch us to a king room, and the front desk explicitly confirmed it would be a king bed this time. Yet, when we got up to the room, it was still a family room. On the second day, after checking out, I realized I left a piece of clothing in the hotel, and they contacted me about it. I told them I'd pick it up on my way to the high-speed rail station, and they confirmed it would be held at the front desk for me. But when I arrived, it hadn't even been brought down yet, and I had to wait again. Since I was rushing for my train, I had no choice but to have them mail it to me. For a newly opened hotel, their services really need to catch up."

The front desk manager Liu Xiaotong called us in advance to understand the check-in requirements and added WeChat to inform us of the check-in requirements; there was someone to guide us at the door, and the staff member Yan Zhiheng took the initiative to help with the luggage and delivered it to the room. At the same time, he patiently wrote down the directions of the attractions for us to facilitate our play, which was very considerate; 4. The price-performance ratio is quite high, the quality of the drinks provided in the refrigerator is acceptable, and the executive king-size room is given afternoon tea. What a surprise, upgraded to a business room! It's convenient to take the kids to the Grand Canal Museum. The hotel is very new, modernly decorated, and equipped with a swimming pool. The kids had a lot of fun~ I got up early in the morning and took a walk around the Peninsula Park in the north. It's a comfortable four-kilometer range! Although the surrounding area is close to the viaduct, you can't hear the noise inside, it's still warm and comfortable! The breakfast category is a little less, and it's not enough for a picky kid... There is no other meat except grilled chicken sausage, which is a bit embarrassing~ The wonton is good, the meat buns and three-diced buns are also delicious. In short, it's a good choice, and there are surprises. I'm really happy!

Honestly, the service staff were all excellent and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. However, the hotel facilities were rather basic. I was kindly given a large room, but the details didn't hold up to scrutiny. The carpet was very dirty; I was puzzled when I entered, but was told it was the carpet's natural color. :) The extra seating area was basically useless, the sofa cushions were very uncomfortable, and the bedding wasn't very good quality either—all just passable. I'm not particularly picky, and I mainly went there for the hot springs, which were quite nice and comfortable. The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy; even with earplugs, it was still a bit noisy, and the room was still very hot even at 19 degrees Celsius. We didn't eat breakfast, neither the person nor the dog, because we didn't like it. The à la carte menu was only one page long, with very few dishes, and the restaurant was very deserted. It was difficult to find good takeout options nearby, not even a cup of coffee. The hotel's coffee was also bad. Overall, it felt more like a guesthouse than a standard hotel. However, the staff were indeed very responsive. Yangzhou is a truly wonderful city, and the people of Yangzhou are also very kind and gentle. Next time I visit, I will definitely stay in the city center.
