The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly, there is actually washing machines/dryer at Level 6 for guest to use at no cost and the cleaner aunties will help to put your laundy to drier , fold and send to your room. It takes 5 to 15 minutes to walk to Yiyuan, the south gate of Slender West Lake, Vientiane (a large commercial center), and 7-11. There is also a restaurant 20 meters away from the hotel entrance that is open until 5 am. The room is of a suitable size. The entrance is the porch, and the main body of the room is a right-angle turn. The privacy protection is very good (the right side of Figure 1 is the corridor connecting the porch to the room). The breakfast variety is rich enough, and the quality of the dishes is also good. Adults eat comfortably and children eat at ease. AAnonymous UserThe family room in Building 11 of the Yingbin Hotel is very large and well-equipped. There are free drinks in the mini bar and small refreshments every day. The taste is very good, so I bought a few boxes as souvenirs for my family and friends before leaving. Especially the cleaning lady Zhang Qing, her sincere smile and polite greetings made us feel the warmth of family.
Downstairs is Swan Lake. It was the first time I saw a black swan mother hatching eggs. The fireworks in March and the beautiful scenery of the flowers by the lake were intoxicating. Compared with the crowded Slender West Lake, it is better to stay in the hotel to enjoy this occasional spring scenery.
The only thing I was not satisfied with was the hotel breakfast. After 9:30 on the first day, there was not much left, and the meal was collected directly without notice. Compared with lunch, the taste was much worse. Although the Fun Park is next to it, not everyone is willing to line up early in the morning. If the quality of breakfast can be improved, the experience of the whole hotel will be much improved.

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldnât use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us.
