Tuna Termal Resort & Spa Hotel

I left the hotel very satisfied with my 5-day stay with my family. The variety and taste of the food was great. The dedication and friendliness of the staff also increased my appreciation of the hotel. I had the opportunity to swim hot, cold and under the snow in the pool, it was a very nice experience. Its location close to Gazlıgöl and Phrygian Valley also provides different alternatives. The fact that the hotel opened its doors to families affected by the earthquake during our stay is an invaluable rating that I will give to the hotel. Hello, good day, I wish everyone a nice Sunday. We checked in to Tuna Thermal hotel on the 18th of the month. We are here as of Sunday. We had a nice breakfast. We will leave here on the 2nd day of our event. This is really a business owner. Good luck to the managers. They are really serving our country by providing a perfect service. I congratulate them and wish them success in their work. We have declared that you will choose from another event on another day. I wish everyone a good day.

We stayed at Tuna Thermal Hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, all inclusive. There is no system in the hotel, the service is zero. The reception was very indifferent and disrespectful, they moved on to another customer before our transactions were completed. They don't serve lunch at the entrance, they say it at the exit; Check-out time is 11, dinner time is 12:30, you have to wait 1.5 hours, they did this on purpose, most of them leave the hotel without eating. (they provide lunch for an entrance fee). The rooms are large and comfortable with a pool, the heating is good, but the cleanliness is not sufficient (dust, calcification, mlz left in the cupboard from another customer). When making the reservation, they said there was water, tea and coffee set in the room, but when we arrived there was nothing in the room. We wanted to wait until the evening. They do not give cups, they left two cardboard cups each, tea, coffee (once only; given only at the entrance, no later) and a 1.5L bottle of water. 2 glasses for a family of 4, funny, you can't even drink water. You have to go to the restaurant early otherwise there will be no room left. breakfast was good, food was ok; Appetizers and salads were mostly sour; The drinks are not good, very diluted. I wish we had only taken the room, our money would not have been wasted.
