As a result, when I checked in at the hotel, the front desk staff told me with a smile that they could upgrade my room type for free! This was really a huge surprise and made me feel instantly happy. The upgraded room was amazing! The space is much larger than the room I booked, and the layout is more reasonable. It feels particularly spacious and bright as soon as you enter. The bed is big and soft, and I slept soundly every night these days. The decoration of the room is simple yet warm, and the details are handled very well. It can be seen that the hotel has put a lot of thought into the decoration. In addition to the free room upgrade, I am also very satisfied with the hotel's other services. From the beginning of the reservation, the front desk patiently answered all my questions and helped me arrange the room type I booked. When checking in at the hotel, the staff was enthusiastic and professional, and the process was done very quickly. During your stay, if you have any needs, whether it is borrowing items or recommending nearby attractions, the staff will respond quickly and solve them efficiently. The rooms are cleaned very meticulously, and they feel brand new every day when you return to your room."

"The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room itself was decent, but the balcony was a real plus for drying clothes. The bathtub was large and the hot spring water was great. Breakfast offered a good variety. If your booking doesn't include breakfast, you can head to the second floor of the Jinding Restaurant for the staff meal – it's 10 yuan for breakfast and 20 yuan for lunch/dinner, and you'll definitely get a good, filling meal. This sanatorium is much nicer than a typical hotel; it's surrounded by greenery with birds chirping, which really lifts your spirits!"

The butler's recommendation was very suitable for the tastes of the whole family! The next morning, the housekeeper prepared a super rich breakfast. We ate our fill and set off to go skiing. That breakfast kept our family going until 5pm before dinner! The room environment is very clean, the terrace view is full of Japanese feeling, and the private hot spring makes the children want to stay in the hotel for the entire holiday! "Amazing 2 night stay in Wentang, this hotel is fairly new and boutique design. The in suite tub was a nice feature. Walking distance to everything in the village and short walk right outside from the hotel along the riverside. They even have a small Landry machine in the room. The service and attentions from the host/ Reception was top notch! Gave us tips and recommendations during our stay along with bringing the breakfast to our room. I would choose a place like this over the big corporate chain hotels."
