服務：還是挺好的，不過要收按金
環境：比較安靜，這點很不錯，距離火車站很近
衞生中規中矩吧，基本上很乾凈

首先這個差評不是給酒店前台人員 酒店前台服務很好 還提前開了空調 環境啥的都可以
最不滿意的是早餐在綠豆粥吃到一個蟲子並告訴服務員 並沒理我 可能是經理過來兩三分鐘吧才來詢問我們要不要煮麪條粉那些 （期間服務員和餐飲經理都在早餐廳） 全程沒收到任何道歉和解釋粥裏為什麼會有蟲子問題！這是在吃食裏面發現蟲子了 可想而知衞生問題 ，並且服務人員和經理全程冷處理！這就是連鎖酒店的服務？ 早餐也不好

國慶入住，前台給我升了級，印象不錯。房間整潔乾淨，入睡體驗很好。離岳池火車站步行幾分鐘即到，方便。衹是周邊餐廳偏少。

非常喜歡這家酒店。前台的服務人員非常的貼心，在我們到達酒店的時候就非常熱心的幫我們拿行李，我們遺漏的物品還幫我們寄順豐快遞，讓我們在這裏的幾天非常的愉快，我們的房間非常的大，衞生間非常的乾淨，整個服務是一流的。中心的希望下次回岳池還可以住在這家。他們的地理位置也非常好，到火車站步行衹需要5分鐘。不錯不錯。

前台小姐姐非常貼心，入住前已經幫我們提前打開了空調，進入房間體感就非常舒服，非常棒，酒店的早餐服務也很周到，早上九點半之後還有米粉和麪條吃，很適合我這種睡懶覺的旅客，房間也很大，非常的乾淨整潔，總體都非常好👍

下火車步行五分鐘就來到了酒店，過來參加朋友的婚宴，婚宴也在酒店隔壁吃完飯就可以過來休息很方便，主要是還可以免費健身游泳不錯不錯，剛好朋友結婚很忙沒時間陪我，自己可以去健健身打發打發時間。

酒店坐落位置好找，前台小姑娘漂亮温柔，給房間做了升級，房間寬敞、明亮、潔凈，床品舒適。衞生間乾濕分離。衹是有點不解的是洗手枱鏡子一半，另一半是空檔，而且是對着房間床（或者是設計理念不同🙃）早餐簡約，但細米粉味道還不錯，服務也很好。最尷咖的是地下停車場，酒店旁邊的進口因地面硬化不能進，從另一個進口進入，場地很大 ，是共用的，轉了一圈見有宏泰盛宴、超市的停車位標識，唯獨找不到酒店的標識，打電話詢問説是都可以停。在宏泰盛宴停車位停下，卻找不到去酒店的電梯，衹好拖着行李箱從進口走出。這一點需要改進一下。總體性價比還是很高的。推薦入住！

第二次來這家酒店住了，性價比越來越好了，停車場不僅翻新了入住期間還可以免費游泳健身，很棒，房間的設施設備也很完善，服務態度還是一如既往的好，以後還會常來。
