We had a pleasant stay at this cozy homestay! The place is spacious and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and nearby attractions. It's located conveniently close to the Zhangjiajie West (西) train station, which made getting around quite easy—just a short walk across the square and you’re at the public transport stop. Take note : to ensure communication with the plsce before arrival, there is a video on how to reach the stay~ As this is a homestay, do expect a few homely touches like shared use of the fridge (some of the owner's food items are stored there too), but it's well-organized with separate compartments. We even had the lovely coincidence of being welcomed over lunch with the hosts, who introduced us to local juices, food, and cultural insights—such a heartwarming experience! The dining area, rooms, and hot water were all satisfactory—especially appreciated the hot showers in the colder weather. Although the toilet is a squat type, it was clean and manageable. The provided soap and in-house slippers were thoughtful touches, especially since the floor can get quite cold. Just a small tip: bring your own hangers if you plan to stay longer. Wi-Fi usage is limited, so plan ahead if you rely heavily on internet. Also, remember to close the windows before heading out to avoid insects getting in. We stayed for four nights, and while the water supply (via barrels) was just enough, the host was very responsive in refilling when needed. Their friendly and helpful nature really added to our experience—giving tips on local places to visit and things to try. All in all, a simple, comfortable stay with warm hospitality and great views. Would recommend for travelers looking for a local, home-style experience!

Room was small but fine...nice wee view. Great option of you've got an early train the next morning as I did. Location was tricky to find, you go into the underground carpark and upnthe elevator...a random on the street helped me. Walking distance to that famous building...along a nice path you can walk along. Restauratns and corner store close to the hotel.

This accommodation is a 10-minute walk away from Zhangjiajiexi station and it’s the perfect place to stay if you have to catch an early morning train. Room was clean and as pictured, I have no complaints. Only downside was that the toilet was a squat one.

The hotel has a fantastic location with convenient transportation. It's about a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station, and just a few minutes by taxi to Tianmen Mountain's 72 arcade buildings. The room facilities are new, and the rooms are clean and quiet at night. The owner even personally picked me up and drove me to the hotel near the high-speed rail station when I left – a truly warm and welcoming experience. Overall, a very good experience.

The location is excellent, with the 72 Wonder Tower scenic area right next door, making it very convenient for sightseeing and night shows. The hotel also provides complimentary entrance tickets, which is a nice bonus. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean, spacious, and modern, and everything felt quite new. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I could even see Tianmen Cave from my room, which was a highlight. Overall, great service and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

There is no problem with hygiene, but the room is a bit small, which is not a big deal. The only difference is that if I don't take down the shower head in the room I stayed in, it can only face the door and cannot be adjusted. After taking a shower, I found that the floor in the room was all wet.
