We looked for a hotel very near the Zhangjiajie West railway station, to take a train very early in the morning after a few days visiting the park. It perfectly fits this purpose as it is about 10min away from the train station. The room is quite small but smartly arranged, with views on the station. We were a bit taken aback when trying to get to the hotel as it situated inside a residential building, on a ”normal looking floor” and we couldn't find indications to go there (it's a bit difficult to find on your own). Luckily passer-bys and the owners gave us indications to get there. The owners were waiting for us and seemed nice. .

A very happy accommodation experience! There is a pick-up service. When we came out of the high-speed rail station in the afternoon, the boss, Brother Qin, took us to our accommodation. We asked him how to get to the 72 Qilou, and he took us there by the way, haha. The room is very clean, with large windows, and the morning sun is very comfortable. In addition to water, there is also a local specialty berry tea for us to make. There is also a service to buy scenic spot tickets. If you need it, you can also ask the boss. The location is very good, there is food downstairs, and you can take the bus for 2 yuan in 30 minutes to Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area! We played until we saw the lights on Tianmen Mountain, and then went down the mountain to see the Tianmen Fox Fairy. It was late when we came back, so we had to take a taxi. We just called Boss Qin's car, and the money was earned by him. He came to pick us up, and we felt safe and assured. I didn't want to leave after staying for two days. Later, he helped us call a taxi for ¥30 to the next accommodation. We lived near the landmark gate of Wulingyuan District, directly to the door of the hotel, and we didn't have to pull the luggage from the bus station. It was super happy.

The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The bedding is new, just like the pictures posted online. The door lock is electronic. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and patiently told us how to enjoy the Zhangjiajie scenic area best. She also sent us a detailed route map. I especially want to tell you that the most convenient thing is that the place where I live is very close to the Zhangjiajie West Station High-speed Railway. There is a bus station to Zhangjiajie Forest Park nearby, which is very convenient. You can see the high-speed railway station from the room you stay in.

It is very close to the high-speed rail station. I had an early train the next day, so I chose their place. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The bathroom had hot water and air conditioning. The room design was also very good. Recommended

The boss is kind, welcoming and super nice! The accommodation experience was very good! The homestay is very close to Zhangjiajie West Station, just a few minutes' walk away. The owner came to pick us up in person and told us the transportation route. The B&B environment is very warm, the facilities are complete and convenient, there are shops and restaurants downstairs, etc. In short, I am very satisfied~

For future foreign guests that don't speak the language: Better ask a local on the street to find the entrance, as you have to enter through an underground parking lot. Also prepare for the front desk to be empty and having to call one of the numbers written on the wall. Also, this was the first hotel to not support my European Type C adapter, but this was to be expected and rentable power banks are provided. The room itself was decent and clean, my biggest complaint is by far the unnecessarily hard mattress, which essentially gave me the feeling like I was sleeping on the floor. Also it would have been nice to have more than just a face towel. The location close to the station was convenient, but I was also far off the city center, so I would probably go with another place in Zhangjiajie next time.

The boss is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude. The homestay is newly opened. The public areas and rooms are very clean. The water is very warm. It is quiet at night. You can sleep well. There is also a free pick-up and drop-off service. Because we have to catch the car, the boss will send us to the West Station at six o'clock. Thank you very much.
