Holiday Inn Express properties in Zhengzhou

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the East Station. However, walking there in summer can be uncomfortably hot. While the hotel is a bit dated for a Holiday Inn Express, the rooms are surprisingly spacious, though some of the fixtures and fittings are quite old. The breakfast, however, is a significant cut above other Holiday Inn Express locations, though it gets incredibly crowded during peak hours, making it difficult to find a seat. The hotel's immediate surroundings also present some significant drawbacks. South-facing rooms directly face a shopping mall under renovation, and the mall across the street seems to be constantly either receiving deliveries or disposing of trash. To top it off, the road right in front of the hotel is a one-way street. These external factors are indeed quite problematic. Fortunately, the hotel staff are all very attentive, and any issues or feedback are promptly addressed. The hotel is also reasonably priced, making it a worthwhile stay despite its drawbacks.

There are porridge and steamed buns for supper. If you don't have dinner, it's also good to have a bowl of porridge. The toothbrushes in the room are divided into soft and hard bristles. This is the first time I see two kinds. The room is not bad. I can't enter the gym. The waiter said that they have to take it to the next door hotel before I can enter...😓 There are more than one person on May 5th. The two front desk staff seem to be too busy. For breakfast, there are too many dishes on each table to be collected. There is obviously a shortage of staff. The waiters can see that they are trying their best, but the service is not so good due to the shortage of staff... There are also facilities that need to be checked regularly. This is the first time I have seen the internal structure of the air conditioner~

The room is very good, clean and tidy, and the area is also large. It is more than enough for three people to live in. The occupancy rate is too high during the May Day holiday, so breakfast is a bit unavailable, but it is understandable. Overall, I am quite satisfied

This was a great hotel to stay in in Zhengzhou. The staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed, although if it had an iron we would have appreciated it. The extra touches such as complimentary water and WiFi made it very convenient. We had their buffet breakfast on the last day of our stay and that was also pretty good. Lots of variety and not too crowded. The food was fresh and tasty. We will definitely stay there again

It is quite convenient to drive there because there is a parking lot next to it. The hotel is next to the elevated road, so I specially noted that I wanted a quiet room and was given a room on the other side. I didn't expect that there were many large machines on the roof vents below, which were also quite noisy. The room was generally large and tidy. The breakfast was generally less varied, not as good as the Holiday Inn Express Luoyang where I stayed the night before.
