GGuest UserI came to Zhengzhou from out of town for a concert and picked Zhengzhou M Hotel. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by its stunning design. The front desk staff and the helpful guest service associates were all incredibly welcoming, greeting guests with warm smiles. Their service was excellent, striking a perfect balance between attentiveness and making me feel completely at ease. I stayed here for two nights and had a very restful sleep. The bedding in the room was incredibly soft and comfortable, and I really appreciated the well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom. What's more, the room was stocked with branded toiletries, all infused with a lovely sandalwood fragrance. I was genuinely surprised and delighted by this hotel, which I chose somewhat randomly. I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to my family and friends!

GGuest UserThis was a great hotel to stay in in Zhengzhou. The staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed, although if it had an iron we would have appreciated it. The extra touches such as complimentary water and WiFi made it very convenient.
We had their buffet breakfast on the last day of our stay and that was also pretty good. Lots of variety and not too crowded. The food was fresh and tasty.
We will definitely stay there again

MM307863****While visiting Songling Park in Gongyi, I accidentally sprained my ankle. Although I could walk, every step was excruciatingly painful. The thought of having to go back to the hotel to check in, wait for the elevator, and walk down the long corridor filled me with despair.
What warmed my heart the most was that as I limped to the hotel entrance, the attendant at the door immediately noticed my abnormality. Without hesitation, she trotted over and asked with concern, ”Ma'am, is your foot injured? Please wait a moment. We have a wheelchair!” In less than two minutes, she wheeled a clean, sturdy wheelchair to me. Not only did she check me in, she also safely pushed me all the way to my room. Even more thoughtful, she proactively informed me, ”If you need to move around during your stay, please call the front desk at any time and we'll send a wheelchair right up.” This timely assistance made me feel incredibly convenient and respected during a time of great physical discomfort. This wheelchair provided more than just transportation; it also provided a sense of peace of mind, like a timely help. The bed in the room was really comfortable, and the breakfast was also very rich. I'm a girl and don't want to eat meat in the morning, so I also had a bowl of freshly cooked wontons, so all my food was vegetarian. There was also fruit and freshly ground coffee. The waiter also introduced the local specialties Hu La Tang You Tiao and tofu pudding, which was really great.

MM469818****This is the second time I have gone to live, or booked a room in the Crescent Society. Still the service is very good, there is a sightseeing car from the service hall to the residence. The room on the first floor has a small backyard, and there is a bathtub in the room. If you want to say flaws, the old-fashioned door of the structure is not very good to switch, especially on rainy days. The overall feeling is that there are not many people in the movie town before, and it may also be because of the rain. Many performances have been cancelled, but fortunately, there are performances as usual all the way to the evening, and the staff wear raincoats to perform in the rain, very touched.

This is the first time I see two kinds. The room is not bad. I can't enter the gym. The waiter said that they have to take it to the next door hotel before I can enter...😓
There are more than one person on May 5th. The two front desk staff seem to be too busy. For breakfast, there are too many dishes on each table to be collected. There is obviously a shortage of staff. The waiters can see that they are trying their best, but the service is not so good due to the shortage of staff... There are also facilities that need to be checked regularly. This is the first time I have seen the internal structure of the air conditioner~

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, very close to the subway station. But the hotel lobby is hard to find, there is no lobby sign. Check-in is convenient and fast, but due to staff problems, the room card cannot be swiped to reach the check-in floor, and can only be swiped to the 18th floor. Go up and come down again and let the front desk handle it. The room facilities are relatively old, the sockets are loose, the mobile phone charger will fall off, the toilet smells of mold and urine and needs cleaning to be reprocessed, and the bathroom curtains and non-slip mats are all moldy.
