The B&B is in a village a few kilometers away from Shapotou. It’s easy to take a taxi to the scenic spot and it only takes about ten minutes.
The village is very quiet, clean and tidy, with a few pedestrians and rows of B&Bs. The roadside is full of acacias, red and white, which look particularly dramatic under the blue sky. There is an amusement park on the side of the road in the village. After breakfast, we basked in the sun and played on the swings. It was so beautiful! I like this rural scenery. As time permits, I really want to stay a few more days, just sitting in the sun every day, with only the sparrows chirping.
The owner of the B&B is a handsome guy and the whole family is very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and even wanted to give us a ride when we were leaving.
The room was clean and tidy, and it was suitable for a simple transitional night in the itinerary.
The breakfast is very homely, and as a Sichuanese, I think it tastes delicious.
