What a fantastic hotel with fantastic staff (Keya, Nicko, Tony). Upon arrival, my room was upgraded for free to a suite - 1.5 bathrooms, a separated living room and en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The hotel was clean and everything in place. The only concern I had was that the bed wasn’t as comfortable as expected. Other than that, I can’t complain! Broadway Macau will now be my go-to hotel every year in Macau.

It was a truly delightful and invigorating experience, made even better by the attentive hotel staff who promptly catered to our every need. We are sincerely grateful for their exceptional service.

***ALWAYS MY FIRST CHOICE*** This is my second visit and the service still the best even in busy summer. As we are travelling with young kid and elderly, check in staff arrange room on the same floor and close to each other. Ben is very helpful, he helped me to arrange all transportation and recommend good place to go. Also arranged a cake and decorated the room for my husband’s birthday!!!The hotel located in a big shopping mall with many great activities, my families has a great time! Thank you and will definitely recommend to my friends.

Best hotel I ever stay. Stayed at Family room, just that the room is small but overall is good. Family room won’t facing the Paris view. Cleanness is tip top, down stair have ******, order room service and foods is delicious as well. Connected to major mall. Swimming pool is goods as well. Service is tip top goods. Free shuttle bus from Airport to hotel. Great service. Good good good. No complaints. I enjoyed my stay at The Parisian.

The bedding is extremely comfortable and makes people dream all night. The design of the bathroom is also very user-friendly, separated from wet and dry, and a wealth of toiletries is also provided. The hotel also has a western restaurant, lobby bar and meeting rooms to cater to the different needs of guests. The first stay in the New Year, the experience is very good! Although it is a newly opened hotel, it is worthy of recognition in terms of facilities and services!

Be warned: Long queue for check in even on non-peak day. I give 5 star for the location, thats about it. The room is showing signs of aging, peeling wallpaper and stained carpets. The room amenities are the basic that I have seen in any 5 star hotels. I probably won't consider staying here again given so many newer hotels in the surroundings that cost about the same. The room actually smells unpleasant especially the bedsheet, hence, i didn't get to sleep through the night cos of the smell.

This hotel should be in a better location. Nevertheless, it was a hidden gem to be discovered! It has its own charm and personality! A true Roosevelt treasure! Kudos to all the congenial staff and service crew! Keep up the good work! Cheers!🥂👍

It is also very convenient and fast to go to Hengqin Wharf nearby, and there is a bus to go left.
