Best hotel in the area.Customer services and experience here is beyond expectations.It isclean, stylish, roomy and room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend with the hotel. The breakfast is not bad though not much choices and cleanliness is little bit disappointing. And they have a Meituan** takeaway cabinet which is very convenient. I would recommend you to stay here if you are expecting a cozy night with friends/family.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Hotel in Zhuhai for a weekend getaway with my family. The hotel’s location is superb, offering easy access to Macau. We were thoroughly impressed with the facilities and services provided. Special thanks to Kylo and Rod from the concierge team, as well as Jeni at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality greatly enhanced our experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would like to extend our gratitude to these exceptional staff members!

The perfect base camp for a few days of theme park adventuring. It’s not a subtle or understated hotel, but that’s also not what the designers were going for. A wonderfully ostentatious lobby, beautiful surroundings, reasonable variety of food choices given that it’s in a theme park resort, and (most importantly) within easy walking distance of two world-class theme parks. Oh, and actual dolphins. *and* I could watch Ocean Kingdom’s fireworks display from my balcony. For the sheer variety of things nearby, the size of the room, and the quality of the surroundings, I’m amazed that my stay was as affordable as it was. If I ever go back to the resort, I’ll be staying on site again.

The hotel is in a great location. A shopping mall is located at 10 mins walk with Aeon and other famous restaurants in the region. The service of the hotel, overall speaking, was good. We got upgraded to Shizimen River view, after waiting for half an hour before it's our turn to check-in. The room cleanliness can be improved a bit as we could see an empty water bottle was lying under the washing basin and the toilet paper, as well as the shampoo, went out quickly. However, apart from these minor things, the room was fantastic. Spacious and modernized room with splendid night view. The bed was super comfy and we had a great sleep. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, but you better get there before 9:30 or else it will be a long queue. All in all, will definitely book St Regis Zhuhai again!

The hotel was fine , a bit crowded when checking in, there is a bit of a smell in there but overall it’s okay. Nice beds , super nice water flow (not the tap) just the shower and tub ! The ac works fine , view isn’t so good , the food is Chinese cuisines. They have a restaurant but it’s a bit too pricy besties.

This hotel I have stayed before but many years ago. There're a few changes especially the rooms, restaurant and the restaurants available just outside of the hotel which is very good. The restaurant cater to provide more for locals or Chinese customers. Ther should be more English wordings to direct those who can't read Chinese. But the hotel do provide transport to the borders or train stations whish is very convenient. Will stay again should I come back to Zhuhai.

The staff displayed a high level of professionalism. They were courteous, attentive, and anticipated our needs without being intrusive. I was impressed by the attention to detail in the food presentation. Not only did the dishes taste delicious, but they were also visually appealing.

Zhuhai Sea Spring Bay Hot Springs and its hot spring manager Roy definitely deserve praise! They provide top-notch hot spring facilities and services, allowing visitors to fully enjoy the therapeutic pleasures of hot springs in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Manager Roy, with his exceptional professional knowledge and experience, offers warm and thoughtful service to ensure that guests have a perfect experience. I hope that Sea Spring Bay Hot Springs and Manager Roy can continue to maintain their excellent standards and bring joy and relaxation to even more people!☺️

The hotel is very old and the facilities are a bit old. Just arrived at the hotel and saw the lobby and scale feel good. After entering the hotel and entering the room, everything I saw was very, very general. The most interesting thing about the facilities is to use two 1.2 meters of beds to form a 2.4 meter bed, called an oversized bed. Note that this kind of bed is very uncomfortable in the middle. The service is still very good. After finding that the room is noisy, I actively changed the room.
