A very elegant hotel! A picturesque hotel! Very attentive staff! A hotel you'd want to stay in forever! Ample parking is available in front of the hotel. The hotel staff at the front desk are highly professional. Because we visited during the off-season, they proactively upgraded our 180° deluxe lake-view room to a family room. The room was a spacious 50 square meters, well-laid out, with a four-person tea table by the window where you could play cards, drink tea, and enjoy the view of the Xiaodong River. At night, you can take a boat trip from the pier opposite the hotel to enjoy the night view of the Dongjiang River. Tickets must be purchased at the hotel front desk; it's 25 yuan cheaper per person than buying them at the pier. There's a restaurant behind the hotel called ”Benyu Xiaoyuan” (笨鱼小院), where you can eat. The food is decent, but those who prefer less salt should tell the chef to add less. Highly recommended!!
