I frequently stay at this hotel, and it's quite good. It's very close to the subway station, and the breakfast selection is also quite rich. The only downside is that breakfast starts a bit late, so if you're leaving early, you often miss it. This happens quite often.

Exceeded my expectations! The lady at the front desk upgraded our room, and all the staff were so patient and enthusiastic. They had everything we needed, like laundry detergent and mouthwash, which was really convenient. My child and I had a wonderful stay. When we were heading to Zhuhai next, I even asked if they had a branch there. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou, and I'll recommend it to my friends too.

Service: The staff were all very attentive and the service was excellent. They even packed breakfast for me because I had an early flight.

Hygiene: Absolutely terrible. When I took a shower at night, I took off my glasses and didn't notice it, but the next morning, when I rinsed my hair without my glasses, I found the previous guest's cigarette butt in the bathroom (picture 1). Theoretically, the fifth floor is also a non-smoking floor (picture 2). Finally, as I was about to leave, I was checking the bed for forgotten items and saw a dark red stain. When I lifted the mattress pad, there was a very obvious bloodstain (picture 3). There were also some dried dark brown liquid stains on the wall next to the toilet (picture 4), which made it hard not to think of a previous guest's diarrhea splatter. I wonder how long it had been there without being cleaned.

Facilities: Pictures 5 and 6 show the condition of the hotel's peeling paint and the quality of the hotel slippers, respectively. The pictures speak for themselves. Considering it's Guangzhou, I can understand the peeling paint, but the quality of the slippers is hard to praise.

Environment: It's quite close to the airport, and there are always large vehicles on the road outside. It can get a little noisy when there are flights or large vehicles passing by. But overall, it's not bad.

24-hour airport shuttle: They use a seven-seater commercial vehicle. The driver was very nice and the service was great.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is very good, and the bathroom is equipped with a smart toilet. The price is really good value for money. The front desk customer service is enthusiastic, there are many breakfast varieties, which are suitable for Guangzhou people's taste, and porridge is delivered in the evening. It was a very pleasant stay experience!

The hotel is well-equipped. Each room has its own independent Wi-Fi network with super fast speed. The room has good lighting. The room is equipped with a sofa, table and chairs. The bed is clean and tidy and I slept well. The overall feeling is very comfortable. The lobby is simple and elegant. There is a free parking lot in front of the door, so there is no need to worry about the lack of parking space. The front desk lady is very skilled in her business. She upgraded the room type when there were many people staying and solved the problem in time. She is warm and thoughtful. I sincerely recommend it.

Second time staying at this hotel. Came back because it was so good last time. It's located in the Yantai Economic Development Area, so good access to Golden Beach area and many Korean restaurants. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Free guest laundry is a great bonus. Breakfast is good with wide choice. Hotel was very busy because of the national holiday but the kitchen staff did an AMAZING job keeping all the dishes refilled at breakfast. Coffe shop on the top floor is nice with lovely views. All in all, good value for money. Would stay here again.

Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately struck by the festive and luxurious decor of the lobby, which was also very bright and spacious. The New Year's atmosphere was truly delightful. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and had a sweet smile. She introduced me to the hotel's restaurant and highly recommended the 'Guoqiao Mixian' (Crossing the Bridge Noodles), which tasted absolutely delicious. The complimentary cake for afternoon tea was perfectly sweet without being cloying. The doorman even helped me arrange a private car for a day tour, and the service was incredibly efficient.

The room is large, the water is good, the breakfast is rich, the facilities are perfect, the service is good, the location is biased, but quiet, suitable for tourists who travel by car, the fly in the ointment, the room has no refrigerator, the first day to Dali accommodation upgraded the room is very satisfied, back to Dali to live in the ancient city for one night, to the Accord for two days, also upgraded the room, The same price is much better than many homestays.
