We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel to celebrate two very special occasions — our 10th wedding anniversary and our daughter’s birthday — and I honestly cannot express how unforgettable the experience was.

From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcomed, valued, and truly cared for. A very special thank you to 王泽宇 — he was absolutely incredible. He was available 24/7, always ready to assist us with anything we needed, and he did so with genuine warmth and professionalism. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure our celebration was perfect.

We were deeply touched by the thoughtful gifts prepared for our anniversary and for our daughter’s birthday. Those small but meaningful gestures made our stay even more special and memorable. On top of that, the complimentary room upgrade for our daughter was such a generous surprise — it truly made her birthday magical.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The service was flawless, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming throughout our stay.

Thank you for helping us create beautiful memories that we will cherish forever. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional and heartfelt hospitality experience.

Where do I even start. This is where one stays when they're looking for relaxation, resetting and mind clarity after months of facing life challenges.  The sea view is just out of this world. The soft and sweet scent as you walk into the hotel is just what I needed after a long journey. I always travel with my laptop and I really liked the fact that I could easily connect it to the TV using the hdmi cable. The service is perfect.

Compared with many surroundings, this one really stands out. There is no grand decoration, but every little detail can feel the sincerity of the store. The service staff is full of affinity, sincere treatment, not excessive enthusiasm, embarrassing, and the sense of proportion is particularly good.
The rooms have great lighting, wide view, and the overall style is simple and stylish. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the sleep is first-rate. After a day of running, the bed is instantly full of blood and resurrection. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, clean and odorless, hot water is available, and the experience is excellent. The corridors and public areas are always clean and tidy, and the mood is better when walking on the road.
The price/performance ratio is leading the fault in the same price range, living comfortably and traveling conveniently. The journey was hard, and it was really healing to encounter such a caring hotel.

Exceeded our expectations! The room was really comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The service was excellent, and the location was super convenient. The kids absolutely loved it! The only minor point was that breakfast was a bit simple with limited options, but the restaurant itself was very clean. Definitely worth staying here.

The service is very good. Thank you to the front desk guy for helping us coordinate breakfast on the same day. The facilities are good and the bathroom is clean and tidy.
The only thing that needs to be improved is to contact and clean the bottom of the chess and card table. There are cigarette butts and garbage under it.
The chess and card room smells like smoke. If you mind, it is not recommended to book

The room layout was incredibly well-designed, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom that felt clean and refreshing – a truly excellent experience. The hairdryer was powerful, and the toiletries were high-quality, so there was no need to bring my own. The hotel also offered robot room service, which was both safe and efficient. The room itself was bright with large windows, providing great ventilation and natural light. It felt very cozy and comfortable to stay here, and the value for money was outstanding!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, just a short walk to bus stops and convenient to the subway. The surrounding commercial area is bustling, making it easy to get around and shop in Ginza or enjoy meals in Niujie. The room was spacious and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The smart facilities were comprehensive, and the cleanliness was impeccable down to the last detail. The service was warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and the staff were always responsive. The breakfast spread was rich, fresh, and deliciously warm, offering items like noodles and wontons. The gym, laundry room, and free parking were all incredibly practical amenities. The value for money is outstanding, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely choose Atour Hote again next time!
