The hotel claims to have opened in 2025, but the toilet didn't look new; the toilet seat was crooked, and there were stains in the gaps. How could a newly opened hotel have this? The room had poor soundproofing; I could clearly hear the kids watching cartoons in the next room. Other items like the tabletops, tea bar, and sink looked clean. The breakfast selection was limited.
