I had to stay in Zurich for one night because the time of my arrival was too late to take a train home. The hotel is perfectly located (2.5 Km away from the airport) and you can easily get to it by train or bus or taxi. The room was really comfortable and clean. It had a safe, a TV, a fridge with water and a cozy bed, plus wardrobe. Breakfast was very nice, too. Staff was professional, kind and helpful.

the hotel location is perfect for a short term stay. 9 minutes by bus from airport, 15 minutes to the central station Zurich Hb where you can do all your connections. And 6 minutes walking distance to Kloten train station . And calme location not very busy and noisy area. 10/10 for clean room

Stayed one night in Leonardo Hotel Zurich Airport in May 2022. Spacious room, beautifully designed, lovely bathroom, clean and good amenities. Coffee machine, a safe, free wi-fi, tv, perfectly clean, great breakfast and good service. A short walking distance to catch the bus to the airport.

Swiss budget motels are better than most American 3+ star hotels. Tram is seconds from hotel. Tram cost 2.70 Swiss Franc one-way (May 2023). Less than 20 minutes from Lake Zurich. Room was good enough size for one short night before the airport. Laundry on-site. Food/drink vending machine in lobby.

I stayed in a pod after arriving back on a late flight, instead of driving home at midnight. The pod was nice, very comfortable. The temperature was marginally too warm for me however, and you can't change the settings. That's where the positive experience ended. My phone charging port didn't work - that's fine - I can overlook that, but it's not ideal I was woken at 4.30am by people getting up and ready for the early morning flights. They were crashing and banging around with the doors and fiddling around with their luggage. Ultimately I couldn't get back to sleep because of the continued crashing and banging and ultimately only got 3.45 hrs sleep (I know this because my fitness tracker tells me so). So it was completely pointless staying - I would have got a better night's sleep at home with my 3 year old and 10 month old in the room next door. I believe the hotel's model doesn't work for the following reasons: 1) Each pod has a door with a very noisy latch. The latch doesn't have to be noisy if people are considerate, but a lot of people aren't considerate at the best of times, let alone at 4am in the morning when getting up for an early flight. It's all well and good to have lots of signs saying ”shh!” On the walls, but most people don't see it, or at least it doesn't sink in. I stayed in a capsule hotel on Japan that has roller blinds instead of doors, which are much quieter 2) people are allowed to bring their luggage into the sleeping space. This invites people to fiddle around with their luggage, which disturbs others from their sleep. Again, in the pod hotel in Japan, people must lock their luggage in lockers in the changing rooms, and are not allowed to take anything into the sleeping space - it works much better 3) the hotel has plenty of separate rooms, with a number of pods in each. Why not allocate guests to rooms by their time of arrival and departure, so that late arrivers don't disturb early departures, and vice versa? Overall, if the above 3 things are fixed, I'd probably stay again, but otherwise, definitely not

I stay here regularly and I find the value, the quality of the rooms, facilities and services very good for the price per night. I know that when I arrive here, a comfortable bed, a clean room with simple offerings, and a good nights rest is what is waiting for me. It isn't the Hilton, but that's not what I am expecting - easy access to work, quiet nights rest in a cosy atmosphere at an affordable price, is. I must say I am very satisfied with this accommodation. There’s a free shuttle van to the hotel upon arrival (just exit Arrival Door 2 and turn left, find a digital board and see the timing of each shuttle). Check-in was smooth and front desk staff was accommodating. The room has all the basic necessities except for a fridge (which is not a problem for me). The location is not far from the airport and near (around 10 minutes leisure walk) to Rumlang Train Station to connect to Zurich HB.

We stayed there for the first time. It was pretty easy to get there from airport terminal. Staff were wonderful and extremely friendly. Breakfast was really great with a lot of choices. If I want to recommend anything, I would say that I hope that they keep the restaurant open until midnight for late arrival.

Chosen this hotel as it is near to the airport and they have just resumed the airport shuttle service which is a plus point. However, when I arrive the hotel in the morning after a long 13 hours flight from Singapore, the room was not ready which is kind of understandable. After a long wait until 2pm, my room was not ready yet, and only at 3.30pm I got my room key. To my horror, the room was filthy. It was not cleaned, soiled cups everywhere and the trash bin was not cleared, and chocolate crumbs on my bed. It was disgusting. Immediately I went down to the reception to ask for another room, and instead of higher floor, I was assigned a ground floor. The front desk (I believed she is the supervisor), she was very rude. It is a shame to the Swiss Hospitality. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Dear EMA House Team (1 Nordstrasse Zurich) I have been staying with you on and off since May 2023. I cant rate you high enough, 5 Stars don't do justice. You are a fantastic team who have accommodated all my plan changes, even when it was at a short notice due to flight cancellations etc. The place is spotless and much better than any hotel in Central Zurich. I don't even think about looking for any other place in the city. I always feel very welcome when I arrive even when it was late at night. The suites are modern, clean, specious and very comfortable. The atmosphere in acasa is very relaxed and peaceful. When my friend and I were there for the first time we didn't want to go from there. The rooms are very beautiful and above all very clean what I was very worth drawing. The staff really very nice and open what gave all that I gave to. My friend and I are sure that this will not be the last time and will want to book the next time for a longer time.

10 minutes walk from the railway station. Very quiet and clean. The bed is 1.5 meters wide. There is a kitchen and a balcony. Check in with check-in code. The price/performance ratio is pretty good in Switzerland.
