Et pour finir nous avons été témoin d'une grosse scène de ménage à l'accueil de l'hôtel sans aucune intervention d'un membre de la sécurité de l'hôtel. Indigne d'un 5 étoiles malgré un cadre magnifique...

Je remercie le gérant de l’hôtel car j’ai eu un soucis au niveau de mes réservations et celui ci a été hyper compréhensif et à gérer le problème avec succès ! Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir et très belle chambre pour le Best Western celui de Ruisbroek il me semble n’est pas du tout ressemblant à celui ci. Merci pour l’accueil et ma solution trouver. À très bientôt ☺️
