"The hotel's design is excellent, and the materials used are of high quality and carefully selected. It's clean, elegant, and comfortable. The front desk staff was very welcoming, helping us with our luggage from outside into the hotel and then to our room. Item delivery was also very quick. The air conditioning was quiet and cool, and the water temperature was stable. The only minor issue was the lack of storage space in the room; I'd suggest adding a luggage rack, as bending down on the floor isn't very convenient. Also, the room was a bit too bright after turning off the lights; adjusting that would make it even more comfortable. Overall, it's a great hotel, and certainly one of the most comfortable I've stayed in during my trip through Xinjiang."

"Staying within the scenic area can be a bit of a hassle, so I chose this hotel just outside. It was super convenient to drop off my luggage and then walk down to catch the park shuttle. Perfect for a lazy person like me! On the way, I passed through Sanwan and snapped some pictures – felt like I'd ticked it off the list. You get a good view going there on the left and coming back on the right.
Since I couldn't manage the hike up Guanyutai, I opted to trek around Kanas Lake instead. I think I walked about 6 kilometers, but with all the beautiful scenery, I didn't even feel tired.
The hotel facilities are excellent, and the room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. The service was attentive, and they even helped bring my luggage right to the door. Most importantly, the breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious – highly recommend it!"

"This hotel is super convenient, just about 100 meters from the Kanas Scenic Area ticket office. Plus, there's a really spacious parking lot, which was great since we drove. We just parked our car there, woke up, had breakfast, and walked straight to the scenic area to catch the shuttle bus. Speaking of breakfast, it had a fantastic variety! The front desk staff were all lovely too. I extended my stay by an extra day, and they didn't even make me switch rooms to avoid hassle, which was much appreciated. The room itself was very spacious and clean. The area around the hotel is also great for food and drinks, with lots of restaurants and even a Mixue Ice Cream & Tea shop. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!"

"I genuinely recommend Burqin Buguli B&B; the stay was incredibly comfortable! The most striking aspect is the excellent quality of the B&B's amenities – they're clearly not just 'thrown together.' The air conditioning, both heating and cooling, is powerful. Given Xinjiang's wide temperature fluctuations between day and night, it was wonderfully consistent and comfortable indoors. All the furniture and appliances are of high quality, practical, and durable.
The B&B's environment is very soothing, with a quiet and leisurely atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a journey. The cleanliness is impeccable; every area is spotless. The owner is incredibly genuine and friendly, easy-going, and patiently explains anything you need to know. It's super convenient to get around, and the front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good. It's located in a hotel cluster, and all the cars park in a large, very secure parking lot. For dinner, we went to a local coldwater fish restaurant at the Four Seasons Market. The fish was delicious. The portions for all the dishes were huge – highly recommended!"

"Staying at the New Journey Songguo Hotel this time, the cleanliness really exceeded my expectations! From the floors and bedding to the bathroom, everything in the room was immaculately cleaned, spotless, with not a single detail overlooked, even in the corners. Public areas like the corridors, elevators, and lobby were also very clean, with no trash visible, which made me feel very reassured. The bedding was changed for every guest, and it felt clean and soft to the touch. The bathroom facilities were free of limescale and odors, making me feel especially comfortable when washing up. For someone with a bit of a潔癖 (germaphobe tendencies) like me, this level of hygiene is a huge plus. When traveling, staying in a clean place is so important, and this hotel completely met my needs. It was truly a comfortable and worry-free stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who prioritizes cleanliness!"

AAnonymous UserAlthough the hotel’s first floor is very basic with little more than the check-in counter, I really enjoy the second floor. It offers a variety of useful facilities, including clean restrooms, a laundry room, a small fitness room, comfortable seating areas and a complimentary afternoon tea service.
The room was in excellent condition, felt modern and well-maintained, and was completely free of any cigarette smell.
The only drawbacks were:
- There are not enough elevators and waiting times can be very long, especially when large tour groups are checking in and out.
- Breakfast is served in a separate building which requires taking stairs to access. The food selection was quite limited, and the quality was underwhelming. Only black coffee was available, and there was often a long queue for the coffee machine.
Overall, I had a pleasure stay and particularity appreciated the facilities on the second floor and the clean, comfortable room.

The waiters were all handsome men and beautiful women, kind, gentle and considerate; the daily afternoon tea, coffee and tea, exquisite and delicious snacks, and fresh fruits... Especially for ladies, there are unexpected gains. High-quality facial masks, essential oils, and moisturizing sprays are delivered every day, which are must-haves for beauty-loving ladies in Xinjiang. Thank you hotel for providing us with such perfect service!

Mmiamia0220The owner was really nice and upgraded our room. The view from the window was great. However, the neighboring guesthouse looked a bit messy, which detracted from the beautiful scenery.
The room was huge and even had a starlit ceiling. Unfortunately, the windows weren't working properly; one just wouldn't close. Since it was so early, around 5 AM, I didn't feel comfortable bothering the owner for help.
The hotel offers breakfast, which was good. The price wasn't expensive either, so it's pretty good value for money. It's also very convenient, only about 300m from the bus stop.
The bedding seemed clean, as I often get itchy at other guesthouses. Out of all the places I've stayed, including this one, only two haven't made me itch.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied! If you're wondering where to stay, I recommend this place. Though I feel guesthouses in Hemu are generally quite beautiful. Kanas was the worst, definitely not recommended! Go for either Baihaba or Hemu.

As a huge ski enthusiast, my stay at M hotel was absolutely divine, deserving a perfect score! The hotel's location, right in the west area of Geikieling Ski Resort, offers the ultimate ski-in/ski-out convenience. No need to lug heavy ski equipment around – you can literally ski right back to your room after a day on the slopes. For any skier, this setup is a dream come true, giving you an extra hour of skiing every day. Pure bliss!
The room was clean and comfortable, and the ski equipment storage area was spacious and dry, so no worries about gear getting damp. The most impressive part was the breakfast buffet; the variety was so extensive it was hard to choose! The freshly baked bread was crispy and delicious, the hot food section offered authentic local flavors, and there was a wide selection of fruits, yogurts, and Western cold dishes. Whether you're refueling after skiing or just grabbing a quick bite before hitting the slopes, you'll be incredibly satisfied.
I also have to praise the hotel's service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, from helping carry my skis during check-in to proactively informing me about the ski conditions and recommending the best times to ski. They were enthusiastic and thoughtful throughout. Any issues were addressed incredibly quickly, showing warmth and attention to detail in every interaction.
For ski lovers, M hotel is the ideal choice for your stay. Next time I come to Geikieling for skiing, I will definitely choose this place again!

GGuest UserFacilities: There's a washing machine, microwave, and a sterilizing cabinet. Cleanliness: Clean. The room comes with a small sofa and is decorated in a Kazakh style. The exterior of the room is wooden. It's not huge inside, but feels very cozy. There's also a sofa and a small table right outside the door. Environment: You can see snow-capped mountains in the distance, and there's a small garden by the door. The most convenient thing is the bus stop, which is only three meters from the room. When the bus arrives, you can just hop over the wooden fence and get right on! There's also a lazy little ginger cat that sunbathes at the bus stop every day. Service: The proprietress's service was out of this world! The owner personally picked us up from the transfer center and brought us to our room; it was truly refreshing. They had the warmth of the Chinese people, the Kazakh people, the Russian people, and the Mongolian people – I guess that's what you get when you're at the crossroads of four countries! Anyway, the owner smiled with every word they spoke. The best part was when the owner taught us how to say 'hello' in Kazakh!

The underfloor heating plus electric heating makes it a complete contrast to the cold outdoors, like a world of difference. The family room was clean, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and noise-free, parking was convenient, and the hostess was welcoming and attentive. It was a truly wonderful experience.

The only downsides were the very weak water pressure for showering and the very simple breakfast. Hemu itself is a strange place; there's not much to do, yet it's so crowded and expensive – I don't quite understand why.

While the bathroom and vanity area were adequately lit, the main room relied on only a few small lamps, making it feel quite dim, especially in the evening. Better lighting would significantly enhance the guest experience.
The hotel's location is very convenient, situated close to the bus station, also known as the second entrance to Kanas. One of the highlights was the beautiful view right in front of the hotel, featuring open grasslands, colorful wildflowers, and stunning mountain scenery.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and friendly service.
