Excellent experience at Hotel Indigo. I spent 4 nights in a room spacious enough for two people. The bed and pillows were great. Our room on the sixth floor overlooked Rogier Square, which was very nice but a bit noisy. Sirens of all kinds passed by frequently. The bathroom was good, and the walk-in shower was good (no bidet, but I certainly didn't expect one). The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of high-quality savory options. The pastries were also great. It had an open kitchen concept. The decor in the hallways and room was very exotic and fun. Good location with a metro stop right under the square. Two stops in 5 minutes to get to the city center. Overall a positive review.
The hotel is nice it is conveniently next to the train station there is no shops or restaurant near So you have to go to the City or something If you want to do something the good thing Is that Hotel to the the good thing Is that Hotel to the airport every 30 minutes. The thing about the train is that it's only Departure one time per hour so you have to plan it a little bit. I wish the hotel could have water bottles in the room or something, also wish that they would have ironing Boards or something in the room. A must for business travelers
The room was a bit small overall, making it a little tight with large luggage. However, the environment was lovely, clean, and cozy. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to the central train station, which has a supermarket and McDonald's. Just a heads-up, the supermarket closes quite early. You can buy an all-day pass for unlimited train rides.

The hotel room itself was very clean upon arrival and maid service was fantastic. The room was basic but met all of our needs. The bed was very comfy and extra pillows were supplied. The bathroom came equipped with a hairdryer and clean towels supplied every day. The shower head was broken and the design is slightly flawed, which meant the bathroom floor flooded upon use. This was perhaps only specific to our room.
The location is central. It is a 20/30 minute walk to the grand palace. There is a tram stop right outside and a metro station 5 minute walk away. There are also 2 convenience stores on the street to buy drink and food from.
Overall, this hotel was reliable and comfortable. I would definitely book again in the future.

Staying here in Brussels is very convenient. The metro station is really close. When I checked in, they even gave me warm chocolate chip cookies, which was a lovely touch! The deposit is 200 euros.
Nice hotel but the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. He never allowed me my friend to come Inside my room as he haven’t an ID with him. Please note that no visit are allowed from 11pm.
Excellent in every way!
Super friendly, professional, flexible, and attentive staff.
Great location with everything nearby (transport, restaurants, the European Union, Parc du Cinquantenaires and its museums, etc.)
The hotel staff are friendly. Note that the hotel does not accept cash for payments, including the tourist tax for your stay.
The hotel itself is nice, modern, and equipped with a lift. The hotel focuses on minimalism, so you won't find a closed-door wardrobe. Both the room and toilet are equipped with a heater. The bed and latex pillows are comfortable. They also provide branded Nuxe shampoo and handwash.
Complimentary bottled water and coffee drinks are provided only on the first day of your stay.
However, there are a few areas where the hotel fell below my expectations:
No free slippers or toiletries (e.g., toothbrush and toothpaste) are provided.
The water flow from the shower is weak, although still bearable.
No fridge in the room.
You need to request an electric kettle from the receptionist. (How much would it cost to place one in each room?)
The most disappointing factor is that the air conditioner did not allow me to select ”cold” mode during my stay in mid-April—it only had ”heat” mode. Seriously?
Also, if you plan to store your luggage overnight at the hotel, it won't be possible as they do not accept overnight storage.
Location note:
The hotel is located about 500 metres from Bruxelles-Midi / Brussel-Zuid station. It can be quite scary walking from the train station to the hotel at night, as the surrounding area is occupied by African shops and residences. This may not be convenient for female travellers.
If your budget allows, I suggest staying at the Pullman, which is adjacent to the train station, especially if you need to catch an early train the next day. Otherwise, consider staying near Grand Place.

Breakfast was nice as well as the gym, but service at the housekeeping and front desk were slow and unresponsive, housekeeping line took 30 min to answer and I just wanted a pair of slippers (odd they don’t have that ready in the room). I hanged up my clean room sign at 1pm not knowing I need to call at 12 to have it done. When. I came back room was unclean and when I asked for a change of towels, it took two requests and over an hour for it to arrive.
Very clean everything was nickel when we arrived nickel sound heard nothing
Small super walking below very practical you find everything

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to FlixBus bus stop! There is a police station and halal supermarket for Muslim community behind the hotel. The hotel should consider having 2 front desk workers at a time instead of just 1 person manning the front desk. When there are group of people talking and running around at the hotel room corridor, I couldn’t find the front desk person to solve the problem as there was no one at the front desk.
JJoe the world citizenThe hotel is very nice and modern. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The only problem is the location. It is not located in the touristy area. There is no easy public transportation to the grand place except by bus or taxi/uber. Walking to grand place takes around 30 mins passing through Brussels Park and Royal Palace. The positive point is that the area where the hotel is located is very quiet.
GGuest UserThe room was very clean and quiet, quite spacious, and even had a balcony, which made for a very comfortable stay. It's about a 10-minute walk from the central station, and major attractions like the Grand Place and Manneken Pis are all within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. It truly offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The service was excellent; I arrived at 10 AM and was able to check in early, which was a big plus! The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the breakfast – it was a bit limited and surprisingly, there was no fruit.

GGuest UserReasonable hotel to stay in. The room is small just nice to fit 2 single beds. There's a writing table and chair for writing and working. The room looks quite old with old carpet and furniture but still functional. The bed is is small but comfortable. The toilet is small with basic soap and shampoo provided. The hotel is very near to the tourist attractions like the peeing boy statute, chocolate shops and souvenir shops all along the street. Lot's of food places and snacks like crepe and churros. Halal food is also easily available.
GGuest UserThe staff are all very friendly! The location is close to tourist spots such as manneken pis and Saint-Nicolas, only several minutes of walk.
However, the hangers provided in the room are almost damaged and the window could not be fully closed that it was cold to sleep on the right hand side. Although it is not a very big problem, I still expected the whole environment could have been even better.
AAidingbaoliulanghanService: I'm about to give the worst service review. On my first stay, your hotel's front desk had a Caucasian female employee who initially gave me half of a family suite. Only after I emphasized the room type I booked did she change it for me. The hotel wasn't so fully booked that she couldn't have assigned me the room I pre-booked. Why would you try to pass off a partitioned room as a full one, treating customers like fools? I was extremely angry about this. And it wasn't just the room assignment; the room card she gave me was just a plain power card. Couldn't she provide a proper, decent room card? It's hard for me not to suspect some malicious intent. I hope you can give me a satisfactory explanation.
Otherwise, my overall review of this hotel is very positive. The accommodation environment is good, the room facilities are sufficient, the location is great, and transportation is convenient. The room design is also beautiful, and I took many photos. I highly recommend staying here. If I come to Brussels again, I would indeed choose Cardo again. However, the subtle malice from your front desk and the unpleasant check-in experience disappointed me so much that it nearly ruined my entire stay, even though everything else was perfect.

KKate ThomCheck-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait.
The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay.
When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not.
If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in.
Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10).
The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English.
The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.
