I think it's a good hotel for when you have to fly. It's really near the airport and it has free shuttle. It goes once to three times an hour to and from the hotel. If you want to eat something there is a little restaurant just outside of the hotel that has meals for 1000 to 2000 yen. Other than that there isn't much to do around the hotel so it's only good to stay for your flight. The breakfast is a good buffet style. With enough options. Also for people that want high protein and low carbs. Price of the hotel is also pretty affordable. Parking is 500 yen per day Only thing that is a negative for me is the hard beds. I think it's more of a concrete slab than a bed but I'm a side sleeper and someone that is used to sleeping on their back and used to the japanese beds (the 1 cm thick mat on the floor) than it's a good bed. So it's just a consideration to take in if you're booking with any of the chain hotels, because their beds are all as hard. But I keep coming back to the same hotels so they do something right and I do recommend staying in their hotels. 4,5 out of 5

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Makuhari-Toyosuna Station on the Keiyo Line, making it easy to get to Disneyland. It's a bit further to central Tokyo, about an hour, but the value for money is quite good. The area around is newly developed with an Aeon mall and Costco nearby. There aren't many small street-side shops to browse, as most of them are inside the mall. Check-in and check-out are self-service, and the staff are quite nice. I didn't opt for the hotel breakfast; instead, I bought some rice balls from the convenience store on the first floor. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, and the bathroom was quite spacious, perfect for a bath. My only complaint is that for my multi-night stay, I chose not to have housekeeping, but they didn't proactively provide fresh towels.

It was a stress-free experience having booked at Narita Gateway Hotel. Its free shuttle bus ride going to Narita Station, Aeon Mall is commendable. It enabled us to save money on taxi fare and the saved money for transport was used to buy some souvenirs. Our stay at said hotel was made more pleasant by two staff at the hotel reception, one guy named Pun Sharti (to me, he was very approachable and attends to hotel guests with warmth and smile, too bad, we didn't see him when we checked out) and a female staff who likewise has a pleasant countenance but whose name we weren't able to get. Booking costs are cheaper than the others.

This hotel is right next to Narita Airport and offers a free shuttle service, taking only 10 minutes to Terminal 2. I had an early flight, so I left the hotel at 6:30 AM, going via T3 before arriving at T2. Getting off was very quick. Security opened at 7 AM, and I cleared customs smoothly by around 7:10 AM, making my 8:20 AM flight feel very relaxed. There's a convenience store downstairs, and a large supermarket just a few hundred meters away with reasonable prices. Overall, it's comfortable and convenient, especially perfect for guests catching early morning flights.

I had a layover in Tokyo and chose this hotel because it's very close to Narita Airport. I stayed here last year and had a good experience, so I came back again this year. This time, I opted for a room in the main building. I think the room must have been recently renovated as the facilities were brand new, but there was a faint smell of new paint, and the window couldn't be opened, which somewhat affected my sleep. The hotel service overall was excellent, and the breakfast was decent, though I'd say it's just average for a Nikko hotel. The Japanese restaurant on the top floor was quite good, and Nikko hotel members get a 10% discount. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the JR station and Narita Mall. If you have some time, you can explore the attractions around Narita; it's quite nice.

This was my first hotel in Tokyo, about an hour from Narita Airport by bus, which cost around 60 RMB. We got off right at the hotel entrance. The male staff at the front desk had a very stiff service attitude. For breakfast, there weren't many options, but it was clean, which was a plus. Across from the hotel is an outlet mall, which is worth a visit. About 2 kilometers away, there's an Aeon supermarket, and a bit further is an Aeon shopping mall, which is incredibly huge! However, I don't think it's very suitable for tourists. There's a subway station about 500 meters away. Overall, the transportation is quite good.

I chose this hotel specifically for the hot springs, but they were a bit dirty, which I didn't really like. There also weren't any reasonably priced restaurants, so I had to rely on convenience stores. Overall, the facilities are old, and the service attitude is just average.

The Narita Toyoko Inn offers a convenient airport shuttle service. If you're arriving at Narita Terminal 2, head to the central exit on the first floor; the shuttle picks up at stand 31-B. Breakfast is available at both the new and main buildings, and the times are clearly posted. The breakfast selection is varied and plentiful. They also offer a *Takkyubin* (parcel delivery) service, and there's a Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the main building. The rooms are set up in the standard Toyoko Inn style – simple and practical. The soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any airport noise at all.

The hotel offers a shuttle bus to Nishi-Funabashi Station, which is very convenient. Self-check-in and check-out are also very handy. Although the room is small, the attention to detail is excellent. The price is also very reasonable! If you need to buy anything in the eastern area, it's best to do so at Nishi-Funabashi Station before taking the hotel shuttle back. For those unfamiliar with the area, you can check the official website. Breakfast is on the 14th floor and offers a nice view!

楚晰Overall, I have no bad comments on this hotel. They are doing pretty good. Just that maybe they have to take note on 2nd floor where there are few rooms allocated for cabin crew for few airline. My experience was, the specific airline room make lots of noise, like having party, time is about 9pm. The noise is loud till you can hear it loud if you are in the lift. Bear in mind there were other rooms on this floor as well, their behavior, of the crews disturbing other guests. This is the most annoying part. The sound proof in between the room can be improved. The rest are ok, the hotel is good. Shuttle bus on time, staff are friendly. Family mart is on the ground floor.

AAnonymous UserMy family and I chose to stay at this hotel because of its location and free shuttle to DisneySea. The hotel has a dated resort feel but generally well maintained and clean. The room is small but that was expected when I made the booking so I was prepared to accept the tight space. However, the two super single beds were pleasantly comfortable and big and the shower stall, although tight, has a good water pressure. Good shuttle service to DisneySea and Disneyland. Also enjoyed the free snacks and drinks provided by the hotel for its guests and the good range of personal care products and tea bags and coffee which guests can help themselves to.

GGuest UserGood for a day arriving to or departing from Narita airport. The room is like a traditional hotel nothing special. Good: Shuttle bus to and from airport and Aeon mall and also Familymart inside hotel. Bad: seems like air condition and heater control came from hotel. Feel not comfort while sleeping.

KKenThoThe hotel is very near to Narita AirPort and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Free parking if you are driving. There’s a public hot spring next to the hotel where hotel guests can enjoy complimentary entrance but only from 1300 to 2100. Room is super spacious but facilities felt old. Good enough for a short stay especially if you need to catch early flight from Narita. There’s also a small 7-11 convenient store at the hotel lobby.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and impeccably clean. The welcome wreath at the entrance added a lovely, ceremonial touch. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Stepping into the room and seeing the beautiful, distant view of Tokyo Bay instantly lifted my spirits. For added convenience, a shuttle service is available during morning and evening peak hours to Disneyland, DisneySea, and Shin-Urayasu Station. While Shin-Urayasu Station is about a 1.3 km walk from the hotel, it's also just a two-stop bus ride away.

GGuest UserThis was my second time staying at this hotel, and it’s still very clean and spacious. Even though there’s a shuttle bus from Bayside Station, the walk is only about five minutes, super convenient and quick. I also love that the room has a balcony with a slight view of both Disneyland and DisneySea. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo for Disney Resort. Highly recommend this hotel! P.S. Their breakfast is excellent, definitely worth getting.

SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.
