English: We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The room for two people was not very large, but it was very cozy and lovely. There is an open rooftop on the 14th floor with a beautiful view. The room has everything you need. The reception staff were very helpful and answered our questions quickly. My stay this time was incredibly comfortable and pleasant! The front desk lady was so gentle and spoke softly, and she was really enthusiastic and thoughtful. She even called me before check-in to remind me about my reservation, which was incredibly considerate. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to get a free room upgrade! The front desk even wrote down the delivery address for takeout, which was super convenient~ The room environment was fantastic, with green trees right outside the window – it was so relaxing to look at. All the room facilities were fully equipped too. Later, I accidentally left my necklace at the hotel, and when I contacted the front desk, they were incredibly patient and helped me search for it. They found it very quickly, which was truly heartwarming! I genuinely thank the front desk lady. Next time I'm in Chengdu, I'll definitely choose this hotel again! 🥰

fantastic view from our corner room 718. day time and evening was amazing. clean, quiet. and comfortable. close to everything we needed. the only negative was workmen below renovating the park which was noisy at times. at the rate theyre working they will finish soon. and the toilet is in close proximity to the sleeping area little privacy.

Awesome hotel, beautiful inside and by far the fanciest beds of our trip. Fantastic location near the shrine and Jinle alley. Way journey to attractions and walking distance to centre and People’s park. Friendly helpful staff.

The hotel views are absolutely stunning! You get beautiful scenery outside the window, with snow-capped mountains visible from both the front and back, plus a nearby stream. It's incredibly therapeutic to just relax and take in the views. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive throughout my stay, always quick to respond to any requests. Their service was both thoughtful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable too. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

I got an upgraded room with a courtyard, which was quite spacious. There was a large table, very convenient for placing things. The air conditioning was powerful, and the entire room featured Xiao Du smart controls. For takeout, a robot delivered it right to my room, and quickly too – super convenient! I added them on WeChat, and they were always responsive. The staff's service attitude was excellent, thumbs up! The smart toilet was great, and the hygiene was also fine. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere. I forgot to take photos of the room. I stayed for 2 days and was quite satisfied. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. They even gave me a bracelet as a gift!

My only minor gripe is that the front desk and guest rooms are in completely separate areas. However, the hotel is very thoughtful; they've placed complimentary disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste at every elevator entrance. Plus, there's a free self-service laundry room on the 10th floor. Overall, it's a pretty decent hotel, and I'd definitely recommend it, especially during the off-peak season.

I was very satisfied with my stay, except for the elevators here, which were really slow. The front desk service was excellent, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The only issues were the slow elevators and the very poor soundproofing. Other than that, everything was fine~ Overall, it was still good, and the subway entrance is right downstairs, which is very convenient.

Stayed in my dream room with a friend! I love the marble decor, it's simple yet luxurious. We came here for the infinity pool, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning! It felt so much like a vacation, and taking a bath was incredibly relaxing. My friend and I didn't want to get out of the pool, the experience was really good. They offer 24-hour butler service and all the amenities are well-equipped. Coffee was even delivered to our door in the morning, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay.
