The room was super large, the bed was totally comfortable. It was clean, the staff were nice. I haven't been so well sleeping in a hotel bed for a long time! We came exactly at the check-out time to the hotel. We could still use the lift, but we didn't come into the hall and therefore also not into the room because the chip card was no longer active. All super safe. The staff at the reception was reactivated and we could quietly empty the room and check out. If I remember it wrong, the parking was free in the parking house. But no guarantee for it. I can only recommend the hotel.

I’m very satisfied. Clean and nice. Roomy. And I got it for a good price, because I was booking with trip. So all good! Location: very close to decathlon, shopping area, there’s mcdonald across from the hotel. But the hotel itself is surrounded by trees and there’s a green area. Very close to a bus station, from where you can get to the city’s old town.

Parking: Ample parking space available for guests. Cons: Limited Dining Options: On-site dining was limited; however, there are several restaurants nearby. Basic Amenities: The hotel is more of a straightforward accommodation, lacking some luxury features found in higher-end hotels. Sound Insulation: Some noise from neighboring rooms or outside could be heard, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. Overall: Hotel Circle Inn provides a reliable and comfortable stay for those visiting Ramstein Airbase, especially if you prioritize location and cleanliness. It’s a practical choice for military personnel, contractors, or travelers seeking a no-frills, convenient hotel.

My stay happened to be during the heatwave of June 2026. It was 40 degrees but the hotel doesn't have AC. I emailed them beforehand to ask about AC, hotel replied they have air ventilation system that regulates airflow. This wasn't even true. There's no air outlet in the room (suite). However the hotel did leave a fan in the room, which was helpful. The fan broke on the 2nd night. But fortunately the next morning a very helpful gentlemen (probably from the hotel maintenance team, there's no front desk or customer facing team on site) brought a new fan. The suite itself is very clean, brand new and large. Just maybe think twice if you are booking for summer. I also have to mention Trip.com has an excellent customer service team. They called me shortly after I left a message for the hotel, and they kept calling the hotel on my behalf. I'd definitely Trip.com just for the fantastic service.

Excellent location, beautiful castle and convenient for hosting a group of 6. We had our own area so no need to be forced into the common area. Beds were good, but the rooms are a bit noisy when there are other guests in the adjacent room. We were lucky that we were able to join the ****** dinner theater show that was planned the first night, that was a lot of fun. There was also a wedding party in the basement the second night. Sound wise not too much of an issue with the music, but the guests were smoking and talking in front of the bedrooms until very late. Not a huge problem, but it would have been better if the hotel made sure the wedding guests were standing on the other side of the courtyard as now it was like they were standing inside the room. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast excellent. An ideal location for a short trip. Highly recommended.

Really good price for a hotel 100m from train station. Short walk into town with plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. We were there for the Mainz v Stuttgart football match and it was perfect. Bus stop meters away so super convenient. Good sized room, comfortable beds, very clean and functional bathroom. Plenty of hot water and nice shower. Very easy to access just off main route from Autobahn. Will certainly use again next time we visit Mainz

Hotel is clean and rooms are nice and big. Service is so so and there are not many amenities available at all. For a place to sleep it's ok but not for more than a couple of nights.
