"Easy access with parking. From the hotel, you can explore the entire historic center on foot. There are many places to eat, have a drink, or go shopping within a 1km radius.
It has a spa, which, while not exceptional, you can enjoy privately with your group by booking in advance. The service is friendly. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food, but it's preferable to explore the city center and find other places to eat or have tapas; there are many. On the downside, there was sometimes a sewage smell in the room, though not always. We left happy with our stay and our visit to the historic center of Cáceres. Recommended."

"We stayed overnight on the way from Lisbon to Madrid. Unexpectedly, the room was warm and clean, with a small balcony. The front desk staff was friendly. There was an indoor parking lot. Although the parking fee was a bit expensive, it was safe. The hotel is very suitable for self-driving tours."

"This quiet town in the mountains actually also has a state-run castle hotel, which is really great! As always, the hotel is located in an ancient building, adjacent to the famous monastery, and the architectural decoration style is also integrated with the monastery, which is very Mudhar's tone. Unfortunately, the atrium garden is being renovated, otherwise the accommodation experience will be better. Although it is not easy to go to the room, you have to turn to an elevator and a few stairs, but it is worth it! There is a large balcony to enjoy the Mudhar-style monastery building! A hotel and town worth experiencing again!"

"The room is large but the valves of the box were broken. The bathroom with the broken washing box and the clothing lock. The small and spent shower towels. The broken and dirty hair dryer. The toilet paper wrappers were also broken. The room was cleaned only at 5 p.m."

The 165 Euro one-person package has a total of 16 dishes and tastes great. The hotel has a garden restaurant, orange trees, grass surrounds, very beautiful."

EXPERIENCIA DECEPCIONANTE. Nos dieron una habitación que no tenía ni cortinas ni persianas y no pegamos ojo en toda la noche. Se suponía que nos habían hecho un upgrade porque el hotel no estaba lleno y en lugar de darnos la habitación que yo había reservado, nos dieron ésta sin cortinas… ¿eso es un upgrade? Había un foco justo en la ventana que iluminaba la fachada exterior así que dormimos con un foco apuntándonos toda la noche. Lamentable. Esa habitación no debería estar en el catálogo hasta que no se resuelva este problema porque vas a un hotel a descansar, no a contar ovejas. La habitación tampoco tenía espejo de cuerpo entero y había muy poco espacio para dejar las cosas en el baño. Para ser un cinco estrellas, habitaciones muy básicas. No volveré ni lo recomendaré.

Guest UserThis hotel is well located and definitely a solid 4 star. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a good distance between the bed and the doorway. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee maker and snacks, which were perfect after my late afternoon arrival.
The only drawback was the doors. While they look stylish with their decorative design, they aren’t soundproof, so you may hear some noise. Fortunately, the rooms are far enough apart that it wasn’t a major issue. Also I should have booked a room with a view as this hotel, like most hotels in Spain, gave me an inner courtyard view which is basically a window that faces a wall.
Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Sa CrisThe hotel’s location is about 25 mins walk from the stations (bus and train). And is just a minute or two from Plaza Mayor.
When checking in, check your email as they might have sent you instructions on how to get in. Otherwise, call them through the phone number provided as there might be a time wherein the staff is occupied with another task. There is no receptionist that can assist you whenever but they are very accommodating when you call them.

Guest UserThe apartment was very nice. The location was very good. We were right in the city centre. they had a kitchen which made it easy to cook own meals also washing machine to clean out clothes. It was very clean. There were too large beds that were very comfortable. However, the only issue was that there was no available parking however the staff did recommend a place to park which was very helpful. Overall, I’d recommend this place to stay.

The picture is the public area and window of the hotel. It happens to be a square. Every day, the square is full of drinkers all day long. The main scenic spots around are all within walking distance. The hotel's breakfast ham is very good. The 4-year-old child does not charge the head fee but charges more than ten euros for breakfast.
