Broadbeach Hotels with Wifi

"Meriton Suites truly lives up to its reputation as a top serviced apartment in Sydney. The room was incredibly spacious, and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and spotless, which was perfect for our family trip. We even cooked a meal there, and it turned out great. They even provided new dish soap and sponges. My favorite part was definitely the washer and dryer, and they thoughtfully included laundry detergent – we were able to wash all our clothes from the trip! The bed was huge and super comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent, and the balcony was lovely for enjoying the night view and a breeze. Best of all, it's incredibly convenient for shopping, just a few minutes' walk away. We went almost every day; it was fantastic!"

"As a four-star hotel, it largely meets the four-star standard. It's a high-traffic hotel, but the service in all aspects is quick, and they also offer personalized service. It's part of The Star group, so the hotel's location is integrated with The Star complex, and the buildings are all interconnected. I noted in advance that we were celebrating my child's birthday, and they prepared a greeting card and a toy bear, which made my child very happy. In the evening, my child had a cough and was a bit sick, throwing up on the bed. Housekeeping quickly brought new bedding without a single complaint or extra cleaning fee, and they were very caring towards my child. The only minor drawback might be the parking. It's a bit roundabout; you have to go to The Star's car park and follow the instructions carefully. However, the hotel sent parking instructions a day or two before check-in, which was very helpful."

"Great location. Short walk to the beach, shops, light rail, cafes. Nice pool. You get what you pay for.  The room was spacious and comfortable,  but old and in need of an update, some fresh paint and new carpet. We were only down for 1 night to attend the footy so cost was more important than luxury for us. We’d stay here again."

"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I accidentally booked a same-night reservation because I was comparing room types in a new tab and forgot to change the dates. I realised the mistake immediately, submitted a cancellation request, and even called the hotel that evening to let them know I wouldn’t be arriving so they could release the room to other guests. Despite this, I was charged the next day. When I called again, the manager said their policy requires 24 hours’ notice and claimed they “could not use the room for other reservations,” even though I had informed them the night before. I have stayed in many hotels, and this is honestly one of the least flexible experiences I have come across. Very disappointing customer service and not understanding at all."

"This birthday stay was absolutely flawless! I was so surprised when they upgraded me to a sea view room – the scenery outside the window was breathtaking. The room had a wonderful celebratory touch with thoughtful arrangements of wine, cake, and decorations that made for fantastic photos. We had such a great time during our entire stay, and the staff were incredibly friendly. For anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion, this is definitely the place to choose – highly recommended!"

"Staying here in Gold Coast was very comfortable. The high floor offered expansive views, and it was just a stone's throw from the shopping district, making it super convenient to get to the beach. There are entertainment facilities downstairs, which is a bonus if you're into that."

"The hotel is wide, there is a terrace, the scenery is beautiful, but the lighting is relatively dim, you can consider adding some lights, especially the kitchen location is convenient for cooking, other facilities are very good!"

"Comfortable, Liveable Stay in a Prime Location Avani Residences works particularly well if you want a proper apartment rather than a standard hotel room. The residence-style layout makes it far more liveable, especially for stays longer than a night or two. The apartment had good internal space, a usable balcony, and modern fittings throughout. A real highlight was having full laundry facilities – washing machine and dryer – which made it easy to deal with wet swimwear and beach towels. The fully equipped kitchen, including a breakfast bench, was practical and well set up rather than decorative. Location-wise, it’s excellent. The building sits opposite the new casino precinct developments, diagonally across from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and only a short walk to the tram stop, making it easy to get around without a car. Broadbeach itself feels more relaxed than Surfers Paradise, and the beach here is currently in better condition, with Surfers losing a fair bit of sand after Cyclone Albert. The complex itself is modern and well maintained, with a pool, small gym, and a clubhouse-style bar/restaurant. It’s also close to other new developments in Broadbeach, so the area feels fresh and active without being chaotic. Overall, a strong choice if you value space, self-sufficiency, and location, and prefer an apartment-style stay over a traditional hotel experience."

"It’s always a fantastic place to come. The staff are friendly, the residents are friendly and the views and rooms are very nice and homely. The indoor pool is also a bonus. I’ve been here before and I’m never disappointed to come back. It’s definitely my go to place to stay."

"As an old customer for this hotel, I was well knowing of the location and comprehensive facilities and it offers good value for money...This stay time was a pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to The Star Casino Residents, a luxurious apartment complex across the street on the 23rd floor. The great view from the balcony of the 23rd floor is absolutely perfect, and there are also public lounges, barbecue areas, swimming pool, Spa, gyms on the 20th floor, all of which are free use... The location downstairs is still outstanding (within walking distance to shopping mall, restaurants, bars, clinics, post office, banks, club, supermarkets, and train station). The room space is just right for a family of three (please refer to my picture detail). The staff always well friendly... I will keep this unique experience in mind💕Thank you"
