A very warm and comfortable hotel. It can be seen that every corner has been carefully designed, and many small things are waiting for guests to discover. The restaurants in Linhai are also good, the staff Shawnte is very good, I like the food she recommends very much😘

I booked this hotel for my friend's trip to Grenada and she was in love. In fact, she never left the hotel for the entire time. Everything was amazing according to her.

This was an extension of my stay for one more day, so I stayed in the same room. The room is a spacious ocean-view apartment located on a hillside, a standard one-bedroom, two-living room layout with a large ocean-view balcony, kitchen and dining area, bedroom, and bathroom (separate wet and dry areas). It's very close to two major supermarkets: Ram's (turn right after exiting the street, 6-7 minutes walk) and Real Value Supermarket (turn left after exiting the street, 13-15 minutes walk). The room facilities are a bit old. The bathroom is equipped like a short-term rental hotel apartment, with towels and bath towels, but only a small bar of soap; there are no disposable items like shampoo, toothpaste, or toothbrushes, no slippers, and no hairdryer. The kitchen uses gas, has a four-burner stove, an oven, a non-stick frying pan, two stainless steel stew pots, and several plates, bowls, cutlery, bottle opener, etc., enough for two people's meals. The staff were very nice and had excellent service. The receptionist, named Shemal, was a Black woman and very professional. However, the front desk isn't open 24/7; there's a notice on the door indicating their working hours. The keepers were very responsive to any issues; they would often come to check if there were any problems or if cleaning was needed. Even with minor issues, their response and attitude were excellent, regardless of whether they could ultimately resolve them. We stayed for four days. The toilet was an older model and flushed slowly; the shower water pressure was also insufficient and the water temperature was low. We had a Black worker come and check it; the shower water temperature was adjustable, which we fixed, but the water pressure was uncontrollable. The toilet was fixed temporarily, but the handle malfunctioned after a few flushes. We asked for a hairdryer, but after searching, they said they didn't have one. We went to a nearby supermarket to buy groceries and cooked our own meals in the kitchen, enjoying them immensely. Picture one shows the food, and picture four shows an embassy next to the suite, diagonally opposite the hotel. The air conditioning was very powerful, and the electrical outlets were British style. The TV could directly play YouTube, and we had a pre-registered account.

A few things first. You have a kitchen in your room. There is no restaurant so you'll have to get your own food. Also if you're arriving after 5 PM you'll have to arrange with the property how to get in, which I did. This is a peaceful place to stay with lovely surroundings and interiors. Very comfortable bed and nice guest area. The place smells wonderful! Nice pool area outdoors for relaxing. Wish I could've stayed longer. Very satisfied!

Overall we enjoyed our 2-day stay at the Radisson Grenada. The front desk and staff was very friendly. They stored our luggage before check-in no problem, so we could go explore until our room was ready. The room was lovely on the 2nd level over looking the garden, one of the pools and the even had an ocean view. The bathroom is a bit dated and could use a major renovation. When we first came into our room the fridge was empty, but turned on and had leaked water all over the floor. (A big chunk of ice had been melting in the back of the fridge). Not a problem, we used the bathroom floor mat to dry it. The tv worked for watching cable channels, but the Google Chromecast set-up did not work (and this isn't user error, I've used this many times in other hotels just fine). a/c worked just fine and the balcony was a lovely feature with beautiful view. The main big pool and grounds with the waterfalls are beautiful and we much enjoyed a bit of time there. The pool bar was okay, the service there was quite slow and inattentive. We had one dinner meal during our stay there, which was okay, but we have to say the breakfast was terrible. Most items were inedible and the selection was very strange. They tried to put out a mix of continental and Caribbean breakfast, but most of the dishes were inedible. It is a buffet style breakfast, however, you can not go up and grab your own food, there are about 4 members of staff that have to plate your food from the buffet onto your plate. It's a bit awkward and gets jammed up as soon as there are more people having breakfast. The chef needs to go over the books what ”French Toast” is. Yes, French Toast is made with day-old, dryer bread, but that bread needs to be soaked through in a milk and egg mix. Well, the chef just took really dry bread, coated it with a bit of egg wash and cooked it on either side. So while there was egg batter on the outside of the toast, the toast itself was completely dry and inedible. We tried all the meals from the breakfast buffet during our stay and the only item that was relatively well done, was the salt fish. The plantains were dripping in grease, the sausages tasted off, the scrambled eggs were hideous and the pancakes tasted like cardboard. The selection of cold things was also strange. There was only one choice of cereal, so you're out of look if you are allergic or have a dislike to one of the ingredients. The selection of cold meat and cheese was meager (and again you cannot take it yourself from the buffet), the fruits weren't ripe and they only offered one choice of yoghurt, which ”peach” during our stay. Usually in a hotel there is at least plain yoghurt and a neutral cereal with oats available. It's just disappointing and not acceptable for the price you pay for a room and the hotel class they claim themselves to be. We would stay in this hotel again, due to its location, the clean rooms and nicely decorated rooms, the beautiful grounds and overall friendly staff. Luckily there are many restaurants around the area even within a just 10 minute walking distance. And there is a small independent restaurant just on the side of the hotel property called ”Beachside Bistro Grenada”, which offers a decent dining experience.

Booked this hotel having stayed there before. This time we were upgraded to the Kalinago Hotel next door at no extra charge. Both are located on a small idyllic beach with beach-side bars serving drinks and food. Reception staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Absolutely pure Caribbean atmosphere.

My experience was just what I intended it to be, quiet, relaxing and peaceful. The facilities did not stray from nature. My only regret was that there was not a beachfront to facilitate bathing. The food was always tasty though after Christmas and Boxing days I would have preferred some creole food (I am Trini) like a fish broth or cowheel soup or provision (green fig, potatoes, cassava, yam etc) and salt fish or stew or steam fish, or coocoo and fish.
