My stay at Saladin Boutique Hotel in Jerusalem was comfortable and satisfying. The staff were courteous and ensured that all my requests were promptly addressed. I also appreciated their diligence in replenishing toiletries whenever needed. The only limitation was the restriction on eating inside the room, which may be important for some guests to note. Nevertheless, the hotel’s service and attentiveness contributed to a positive overall experience.
Nestled right in the heart of the city yet strategically tucked away on a vibrant street near one of Jerusalem's busiest ancient gates, this hotel offers both convenience and charm.
It not only maintains cleanliness standards but also provides delightful buffet breakfast and dinner options.
Even though it’s located in a lively part of town, it remains a safe and welcoming place to stay.
I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem!
Near the old town, parking is free. Good place, garden, casual breakfast, Arabian mood, the real feeling is in the Middle East. The living room is more sanitary. The room also said the past, the big bed. The door lock is old-fashioned.
This is a great hotel if you are looking to stay in Palestine, but sadly if you are looking to visit Bethkehem and other attractions in Israel, its a difficult task to find. The hotel and staff were fabulous. If I was to return, I would consider staying again. There was easy accessible underground parking with rlevators dorectly to the rooms.
Cleanliness
The room was well-maintained and clean.
Location
It's about a 10-minute walk from the bus and tram stations, and it's uphill, so getting there can be a bit of a challenge. However, it's within walking distance of tourist attractions like the Old City, so the location is excellent.
Service
The staff were very kind. If I had any questions, I could ask them via WhatsApp on the hotel's website.
Amenities
The room had a hair dryer, hangers, and a TV. The refrigerator was unplugged, so it wasn't very cold (I didn't know how to turn it on).
There also seems to be a washing machine available for free use.
A stay at New Gate Hostel places you in the heart of Jerusalem, within a 15-minute walk of Western Wall and Notre Dame of Jerusalem Center. This hostel is 0.3 mi (0.4 km) from Damascus Gate and 0.3 mi (0.5 km) from Mamilla Cemetery and Pool.
Take in the views from a terrace and make use of amenities such as complimentary wireless internet access and a communal living room.
A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Featured amenities include a computer station, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 5 air-conditioned guestrooms. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include desks and a turndown service, and housekeeping is provided daily.
No hot water, the AC is shouting like a rocket, owner's quarrel with a traveler wakened all guests at midnight. This is still one of the few available places for low-budget travellers, but I will not visit again as long as I have any other options.
The Israelis never pursued the Mediterranean style of breakfast, but the toast with eggs can also be full. If you want to find porridge, noodles, poached eggs or give up, there is no whole Israel... We booked the simplest room, the suite was given after the stay, the room was large, but it was definitely not the concept of a luxury hotel. The room is small with a little surprise. It is mainly for believers to stay here, there are churches around and people to pray. Good location, close to the old town and parking.
The environment, sanitation, and facilities are all satisfactory. The male staff at the front desk (except for a female employee) is not enthusiastic, and it is even difficult to see a smile.

Very Good
SsamuelheThe hotel is located near the New Gate of the old city, which is very convenient for visiting the old city of the Holy Land. I walked around. The nearby buses and light rail can quickly take you to places near and far in Jerusalem. There is a street close to eating and shopping, and there is also a supermarket that supplies daily necessities. It is open on holidays and Sabbaths. There is a noodle shop next to the supermarket. The owner has been in Hong Kong for many years. In general, the environment and service of the hotel are good. It is recommended for tourists from the Holy Land. The prices in Jerusalem are still a bit high, especially the prices of agricultural products have increased due to the recent situation. PS: It is recommended that Ctrip correct the name of the hotel to Notre Dame Hotel. The first two words of the hotel name are exactly the same as those of the famous Notre Dame de Paris. Notre is French for ”my” and dame is French for ”madam”. Put together, notre dame is My Lady in English. It has nothing to do with ”the north”. Please modify it to avoid misleading. Thank you!
XXIAOCHUNThe hotel environment is very good, the building was transformed from the previous church, the shape is great, the tower can be overlooked throughout Jerusalem, the service is good, breakfast options are not much
谷谷Great hotel, great choice for breakfast, refined and healthy. The rooms are also beautiful, with large stone buildings, typical of the Jerusalem style. The facilities are very new, 10 minutes walk from the Old City and 10 minutes from the Mamilla Shopping Center. It is especially convenient and worth living.
GGuest UserFrom reception, boarding, housing facilities, room service, dining and more. They are all five-star or above, and the highest is 6-star service. The only disadvantage is that the room size is relatively small.
BBerelI recently stayed at ibis in Jerusalem and had an exceptional experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the hotel's exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, and made me feel like a valued guest.
I would highly recommend ibis to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Jerusalem. I can't wait to return!
章章There are many varieties of breakfast, small snacks and red wine are provided free of charge in the room, there is a free bar on the second floor, the room is quite large, the surrounding environment has restaurants and shopping malls, and the room is relatively clean.
GGuest UserI made a mistake with the dates - and the hotel and/or Trip.com was unable to accommodate a change of dates so I was charged for the hotel and did not stay there. That was a bummer. Of course, because I couldn't make a change to the reservation (I discovered the mistakes minutes after I booked it) I was unwilling to book with this hotel and stayed somewhere else. Future travel will not encourage me to stay here.
