It's okay, it's not bad, this price, this quality, I think it's not bad, but mainly if you live in Hall 2, I will feel a little inconvenient than Hall 3, because the public space of Hall 3 is relatively large, and it would be better if you could eat a little at check-out time. It is recommended to change it to around 12 o'clock.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, with modern, minimalist rooms that are both comfortable and well-maintained. Daily housekeeping was consistent, and amenities were thoughtfully provided. One of the biggest advantages of staying here is the unbeatable location. The Kuromon Ichiba Market is literally right across the street—perfect for grabbing fresh sushi, local snacks, or just exploring Osaka’s vibrant food scene. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance to several metro stations, making it incredibly easy to get around the city, whether you’re heading to Dotonbori, Umeda, or beyond.

As most reviews mention, it's incredibly noisy at night due to the location. Even though the windows are quite soundproof, it's still very loud. However, the location truly is unbeatable. Dotonbori is right outside the door, and there's a drugstore and a 7-Eleven downstairs, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient.

We have 3 adults in a room and the room is smaller than expected. Had a hard time on where to put our luggages. The location is good, walking distance to Shin-Osaka Station. We explored the surrounding and found two supermarkets! There are only local in the supermarkets and no tourists except us which we really like it!

Good hotel in great location for a good price. Hotel rooms in Japon for this price are small. Our room had no view as the window was blurt. And the window can’t open. But I think this is common in Japon. But considering the location and the price it was a good value

This is a genuine review, not from a bot or a part-timer. I was genuinely surprised by the facilities, room size, and overall value for money. Everything was clean and great. All the basic amenities were provided, and the lounge had everything you needed for washing your face, all for free. Frankly, the only downside is the location. It's in an area that feels a bit like Chinatown, and getting around can be a bit tough. Even two fit men walking at a brisk pace would take about 30 minutes to get to Dotonbori. There's a subway station right in front, so if you're not planning on staying out too late, I recommend using that to get around. Oh, and public transportation is incredibly expensive. And one more crucial thing! Hmm... I heard a rumor that it's a bit of a red-light district at night. I wouldn't have thought so at all, but I did notice some sights as I walked through the city center. You don't need to bring a pig-nose adapter; just a USB-C cable will do.

The room has enough space for an open suitcase. The bathroom is a bit cramped for me; closing the toilet door makes it a little narrow, and I might bump into things while changing clothes. The bathtub requires bending your knees to soak. The toilet is a bidet. The lights can be remotely controlled or manually rotated, with different light sources. The sink faucet can be turned towards either the bathtub or the sink, which is quite convenient. The showerhead and faucet are interchangeable; there's no difference if you don't use them simultaneously, but you'll notice the difference when using both. Breakfast is provided, which is nice! The restaurant has paid power banks, but I didn't use them. If you don't have a power bank, you can refer to the attached picture. The room's remote-controlled light wasn't working, but the staff fixed it quickly after I contacted them. There's a refrigerator, hairdryer, and bathrobes provided. There's no washing machine, but the staff can recommend a nearby laundry service that includes detergent! There are also convenience stores and public transportation nearby, which is convenient!

Great location and in Osaka. Our room was on the larger side for Japanese hotel rooms so that was an added bonus. The bathtub had a large window with a great view of the city! The option to do laundry while traveling with a toddler was a lifeline! Certainly would recommend to families traveling with small children.

What a surprise that Hotel Nikko Osaka is kind of 5 stars services to us . A welcome warmth anniversary chocolate gift box on the table when we walk into the room. The room might look tiny but not really I can tell that. They have smart design on the long couch sofa with ample space below , thus we can open up luggage and put under the couch sofa . So smart and Neat design! Overall service is 5 stars like . They have plenty of counter with fluent English speaking staffs . No worries for foreign who can't speak Japanese. Highly Recommend to purchase room with breakfast along . They have provide both Japanese style and Western mix Japanese style buffet at different level . We have tried both restaurants for the different breakfast days . Overall Experience is superb ! Last but not least , we managed to purchase way bus ticket from Hotel to Osaka Kansai Terminal Airport that limo bus services by the Hotel Nikko !!! So convenience for us once again !!!

Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around and find places to eat, with plenty of amenities nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was effective, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, with a stable hot water supply, and the toiletries were of good quality. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out efficiently, and promptly addressing any requests. The public areas were clean and bright, with a quiet and elegant atmosphere that made for a relaxing environment. The hotel offers great value for money, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. The attention to detail truly stood out. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to friends.

MM8492****This hotel is the closest to Universal Studios, just a few minutes' walk to the ticket gates, and offers full views of Universal Studios from the rooms. It's incredibly convenient to get to: you can take the subway from the airport, transfer once, and the hotel is just tens of meters from the exit. For Japan, the rooms are quite spacious, and the bathroom is sparkling clean with a separate wet and dry area. The lobby is luxuriously decorated with some futuristic, high-tech elements. Right outside the hotel is the Universal Citywalk, packed with eateries and Universal-themed shops. The food on Citywalk is all pretty good; the Gekko-ryu takoyaki is better than the other place, and the fried wagyu was also delicious. The subway from the airport gets you right to the hotel's doorstep with just one transfer, making transportation extremely convenient.

DDingmaomisThe room design was modern and minimalist, making excellent use of the space, and it was spotless. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, which unfortunately led to a restless first night. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor lounge on the ground floor. The Western-style set breakfast was also quite delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is super convenient! It's right next to the subway station, and just a few minutes' walk to popular shopping and dining areas like Kuromon Market, Shinsaibashi, and Dotonbori – you'll find everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment. Plus, the hotel offers complimentary bread and drinks for breakfast. Overall, it's great value for money! 👍

YYuuJinnThis hotel is near to the tengachaya station, where you need to walk 5 minutes to reach. I personally think that it was convenient and being able to stay in a quiet neighbourhood. The only complaint I have, was that there was no receptionists at the front desk. This hotel promotes a self-check-in hotel but I felt a little bit inconvenient that I had to message through line to contact the person in charge.

FFanxiaotutuThis is our second stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk from the subway station, right behind the Shinsaibashi Ferris Wheel, so it's super easy to find. We were two adults and one child, and booked a triple room. The room was genuinely tiny, so small it was hard to even open our luggage, but it had everything we needed. They provide three bottles of water daily, and there's a free ice machine available. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was very Japanese; it wasn't really to our taste, but it was enough to tide us over.

JJudith AldIt’s a perfect option if your traveling solo, its accessible for the location and the installation and service is good. You need to be aware that you need to be quite in the bedroom area, every bed don’t have big walls to mute the silence, gladly I didn’t have any noisy neighbors on the women dorm so I slept well during my three nights there . Theres a common area for woman and other for everyone . The showers and toilets are shared but in good condition, they give you towels and sleep wear , the location is also good, near to Donbori and to the subway.

Amazing
GGuest UserI booked this hotel quite last minute before my trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by how great it was. After reading some reviews, I opted for a twin room for more space, and even though it's near a main road, it was very quiet at night. The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping came daily. The hotel offers a variety of self-service toiletries you can pick up, and a special touch I appreciated was the complimentary overnight face masks. Downstairs, there's a large AEON food supermarket, and the Shiyobashi Subway Station Exit 2 is just a short walk away. Getting to Shinsaibashi only takes a few minutes. It's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere – truly a hotel that has it all!

MM49235****The hotel shares facilities with Spa World. When I visited, it was decorated for Christmas. The room itself was decent, but they don't provide slippers, which was a bit inconvenient. For dining, you can eat at the large cafeteria on the third floor of Spa World or at one of their other restaurants. There's a good variety of choices, and the prices are reasonable.

WWanpidoubaoThe hotel room is quite spacious for a Japanese hotel. It's also super convenient to get to from Kansai International Airport – just one stop to Rinku Town Station on either the JR or Nankai Line. From there, it's about a 3-minute walk to the hotel, and there are signs everywhere so you won't get lost. The front desk has a unique touch, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. Our room was spotless and tidy. As for breakfast, the dining area was absolutely lovely. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
