I went in the somewhat low season in October and everything was wonderful, at reception and when they gave me the room super fast, everything was very clean and very attentive, the rooms are not the biggest but they are good🤝🏼
The location of the Hotel 10/10. I know that these are their policies but it seemed a little unfair to us that you couldn't consume anything (beer, water, snacks or any food) if it wasn't from the bar, in the area of the pool and lounge chairs. From then on everything is in order.
The Homesuites Malecon provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Homesuites Malecon is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Culiacan. The hotel is only 1km from Estación Culiacan Ferromex and 10km from Federal De Bachigualato International Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Estatua Manuel J. Clouthier, Monumento Al Soldado Caido and 53 Garden all nearby. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. This Culiacan hotel offers parking on site.
The truth cleaning leaves much to desire, they did it very late and it is not very good, there was never water to drink in the room and the products that they provide you for cleaning are not too good,
The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and careful.
The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, a 30-minute drive from the airport. 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, beautiful scenery. The restaurant buffet on the first floor of the hotel is very good, Mexican style, 180 pesos / person, RMB 66 / person, service is very good! There are various restaurants around the hotel, and the building is very beautiful, completely Spanish style. Artist performances in the small square near Sunday, the standard is extremely high!

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is part of the Balderama group which runs the Copper Canyon tours. The hotel is old and needs a bit of renovation. The staff is helpful but not particularly fluent in English. The had no problems storing our luggage after check out. There is a room (business centre) on the first floor that we could relax in and wait for our departure. The breakfast was good food but the service was chaotic. The dining room was very noisy.
GGuest UserThe hotel was exactly what we were hoping for. The gardens were gorgeous and the pool was lovely. The staff spoke some basic English which was very helpful for us. The room was very cute.
There was a free shuttle that dropped us off at the train station which was very helpful.
We definitely would stay again!
GGuest UserAlthough the facilities are a bit old, it is understandable considering its history of more than 80 years. Almost perfect location: walking distance from the main attractions in the old town, with unparalleled sea views. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not rich, but the dining environment is very comfortable. If I have to mention one flaw, the music on the street in front of the hotel is too loud on weekend nights.
DDaNice and big room. Staff super friendly. Despite I would not recommend the tours sold at site (in particular Isla de la Piedra one). Swimming pool water was surprisingly cold the night we tried it.
GGuest UserVery basic, but appropriate and expected for the price. The extra, unexpected bonus was the thoughtfulness and kindness of the very young lady on Reception during day-times. She lifted the experience from ”ordinary” to ”special”.
GGuest UserThe location is in front the Mazatlan Malecon, near to the beach, crossing the street, the pool has a good shape and clean, the breakfast is simple but delicious and the room has the enough to rest.
GGuest UserClean, beautiful, near the beach, good service, hot water bathroom and comfortable beds, a little hard cocktails, breakfast included my reservation wasn't so good, it's better to eat out if you want something special, The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, but it is very comfortable and comfortable.
GGuest UserAt our check-in took 45minutes, A/C in room was extremely noisy, broken sink, no acces to WiFi, (WiFi is offered by hotel),
We was 3 persons, towels enough for 2p every day, we need to request extra shampoo and towels every day, only 1 key card for the room(no second key available), slow elevator. Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back
LLina Student EspinosaExcellent customer service. They provide us with useful information that we didn’t know we needed. Everyone was extremely kind and good at their job.
