This is the better hotel among the hotels I have stayed during my trip to Norway. It's value for money. The booking comes with an impressive buffet breakfast. The room is cozy and clean. They provide a bath mat in the bathroom and they clean your room everyday. Location is good. A few minutes to the train and bus station in Stavanger. Close to the Stavanger centrum. Will stay here again. Highly recommend.

There was a very friendly lady at the reception she was very very good, she sounded abit spanish probably Elena? She was probably the best part of the hotel. The hotel is very basic. Good location but no parking facility. The room was extremely small so was abit surprised. The TV was not smart so you are stuck with some channels.

A lovely little apartment situated very close to Stavanger City Centre. Beautifully appointed, very comfy furniture (esp beds and sofa). Lots of plug sockets. Good wifi. Nice kitchen with easy to figure out appliances. Good shower with plentiful hot water. Very clean. 2 of 3 light bulbs in the bathroom went: they were fixed within hours of my reporting it, so excellent service. The only thing to note is that it has 2 double beds, but not enough cutlery for 4. Some glasses for drinks (water / beer / wine) would have been good too: drank a beer from a mug like a student!! But I will absolutely stay there again when I travel. Really glad I found it.

Clean hotel, a variety of food, very delicious, close to Stavanger airport. By walking through the connecting walkway for just 2 minutes. It's a hotel next to the airport.

Breakfast was great and we liked our room. However, less than 24 hours after we checked out, I realized I’d forgotten my new North Face jacket in the closet in our hotel room. I called the hotel and they told me to email a picture of the jacket, which I immediately did. Since we were still in the area, we returned to the hotel. The ladies at the front desk said my jacket had been found and they were just trying to locate it and asked us to wait. We waited for an hour. They said they couldn’t find my jacket. Several of the ladies contradicted each other each time we asked them what was going on and why it was taking so long. They finally said the jacket couldn’t be located. They were supposed to follow up and tell me what they would do to make this right. The hotel never followed up. One of their employees called and said the hotel wasn’t going to do anything about it and told me she was calling from her personal phone. Sadly, there are some dishonest employees working at this hotel and someone took my brand new jacket that I’d only worn once since I bought it that week.

This hotel is perfectly located for our train journey to Stavanger. It's close to the city center, and thanks to the escalator in the shopping mall, the steep stairs and streets aren't much of an issue. The service is absolutely top-notch; the staff are incredibly kind and go above and beyond. The rooms aren't huge, and a bit of maintenance wouldn't hurt here and there, but everything is functional and clean. The beds are very comfortable. However, it's not a cozy place; there's a lot of concrete and dark colors, and the lighting wasn't very practically placed, leaving some dark spots. Unfortunately, there's no nice view of Stavanger. The breakfast is excellent with delicious options. We were able to have an early bird breakfast at 5:00 AM on our departure day, which was incredibly convenient.

I highly recommend this hotel; my family loved it too. First off, the transportation is incredibly convenient. The room is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the lake. They provide complimentary fruit and candy, and the staff are very welcoming and enthusiastic. I will definitely come back again next time!

after 3pm there is no one manning the reception. if you arrive late due to your road trip having some delays, do not fret. call them using the TRIP app instead of your mobile (if you are a foreigner with a overseas service provider) to avoid roaming costs. We had an issue with the book in, but all settled when we reached the professional service desk who was good with English and they guided us through the check in process.

The address of this hotel is excellent, the front is the harbor, a few minutes walk back, it is a shopping mall, there is a Chinese restaurant on the second floor, there is a Vietnamese takeaway below, it can solve the problem of eating well, and this hotel has been acquired by the company in Shenzhen, so there are Chinese employees and communication is convenient. When climbing the sermon stone, it is recommended to order this hotel. Will not be fooled.

This is a very clean and comfortable hostel. The female staff are also friendly. However, there are a few things that could be improved. I would like to see lights next to the beds. It would be helpful to be able to use the common areas before check-in and after check-out. And the most important thing that needs improvement is this: There is another hostel run by the same owner very close to this one, and it is very confusing which one to go to. The message I received shortly before my stay gave the address of the hostel I was actually staying at, but the booking site only gave the address of the other hostel. I mistakenly went to the other hostel. Furthermore, the entrance code was the same for both hostels, so I went inside the wrong one. I would like to see improvements such as separate booking sites for each hostel.
