Location is not as it seems. Every time we have to go to the white beach or other areas, it cost a lot on those tricycle rides. I mean a lot it adds up to more than 2k going here and there in just 3 days. The hotel itself is great, spacious and clean. Service can improve a bit, not attentive at times. The food must improve a lot, butter chicken is not butter chicken, more like turmeric ginger chicken. I expected authentic Indian if the owner is Singaporean Indian. The worst part is the stairs to climb to the hotel after a long day of exploring. Hotel does not allow consumption of outside meals, which is a very restricting policy, forcing you to only buy in house meals, in which so much of it is out of stock and has very limited time frame to order. Book this if you have money to throw here and there, and if you have your own transportation.

Service was terrible, felt like people were avoiding me, restaurant was decent with decent food but you have to signal to get the menu, make the order. I waited solid 50minutes to get my food and a corona (drink came after food). Appetizer and main course came at the same time. Facilites were nice, pool was good with a decent sofa or seating to relax. Unfortunately while I stayed there there was a lot of rain and wind (stayed for 4 nights) and electricity went out many times everyday, which turned off the wifi and the ac, at night lights were flickering because of the electricity issues. Sandbar was also closed everyday during my stay and the beach was not that great. I payed way too much for what I received and I will not recommend this place for anyone.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Zuri Resort Coron. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, relaxing, and well thought out. We stayed in a Family Room with two queen beds and bunk beds built above them, and our kids loved it — it was spacious, fun, and perfect for families. The staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and consistently going above and beyond. The resort’s four pools were another major highlight, each offering amazing views of the beach and sunset, making it easy to wind down and enjoy the scenery. We were impressed by the cocktails, food, and buffet selection, which had a wide variety of options that catered to both Filipinos and non-Filipinos. Everything felt fresh and satisfying. Another thing we appreciated was how the resort provided clear details on different activities and tours available around Coron. It made planning our days simple and stress-free. Overall, Zuri Resort delivered comfort, beauty, and excellent service from start to finish. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again.

Stayed three nights, it’s a nice hotel with potential. Service varied between the workers but the majority of the workers were pleasant. Used the pool/bar area on our first night there but didn’t return there again as it wasn’t very organised with not enough towels for people swimming. Ended up having to go back to the room dripping wet which seemed fine for the staff at the pool and bar but introduced some hazards with wet slippery tiles in the hallways and hotel lifts. I think the hotel is a little under resourced with the essential items to have a completely comfortable experience. The location though is second to none with being next door to a large Robinsons shopping centre, Starbucks, and other great eating establishments.

Very nice stay. Service was excellent. The room was clean and the amenities were complete. Breakfast could be improved though. There were not much choices and the daily spread had little variety if you stay miltiple nights.

The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. There are 2 swimming pools available which is great. Restaurant’s food is amazing too! However, it seemed like the hotel was understaffed. We arrived around 11:30am, but since the check-in is strictly at 2pm, we went for lunch at the restaurant first. However, when we came back at 2pm, they made us wait for another 30mins because there was only 1 receptionist and it took her a long time to process the family ahead of us. Housekeeping also came late even if we put up the “makeup room” sign before we left for our tour. When we came back at 4pm, our room was still untouched, and the housekeeping only arrived at 5:30pm. Soundproofing was also not as good. We could hear our neighbor upstairs moving the furniture at 4am.

Lime is a good time. The front desk staff is ok. The staff that really shines is on the rooftop pool. There is a waiter, whose name i regretfully can not remember, but he was the NICEST and most attentive waiter I've ever had. He said he's only been there a few months but you'd think he'd been there for years. Amazing service. The pool is amazing with beautiful views at sunset. Beautiful views all day actually. From 3-7 is happy hour and free popcorn and ice cream every day. I loved that. The pizza is delicious from Bella Vita. The beds are comfortable and the showers get hot and don't smell. Breakfast is pretty good, although I'm not a fan of the chemical tasting juices. I did have a problem with my door, front desk said they'd send someone, no one ever came. So I had to throw my body into the door to get it to close. The TV Netflix and any other service didn't work not once. The TV has very few channels but at least i could understand them. They were able to arrange my van back to PP and retrieved my bags when it was time to check out.

I would say that my overall rating of the hotel is a 4.5 out of 5. The hotel was well maintained, clean with friendly staff and tasty food at the restaurant and breakfast buffet. My actual room was really large, fully stocked and clean. It did not come with much of a few but it was quiet and very spacious. I could not hear my neighbors except for when they were leaving their rooms. It definitely had an industrial vibe to it, with certain imperfections to boost. But I felt like it added to the charm of the room itself. The whole hotel is designed with a unique charm. I felt like it was a safe neighborhood and plenty of security on staff 24 hours a day. The location is super convenient to the airport. I think it's nearly impossible to have a perfect hotel stay and I don't think I would ever give one a five-star rating but this one was really close especially for the price.

Great service . They are always friendly and helpful. Food is best I had in years if I compare another hotels . And bug bonus is that the kit hen also make food on demand . So if not on menu they do on request and it is worth to pay some extra money. Only downside is that trip.xom do not mention that beside the 30 peso terminal fee . And then on tge another side you need to pay 120 peso tourist tax . And as last 300 peso each person to go to the hotel. But for sure I will go back there

PPau.I liked the hostel very much, the staff as is very common in the Philippines is extremely polite and always helpful, I loved the unusual big bunk bed and I wish I could've stay until the last day I planned to stay, however the weather force me to leave one day earlier and I really hoped the hostel will understand my position, considering that nature conditions are out of my control and I couldn't take the risk of not making it to Coron to get my flight out of the Philippines, sadly I ended paying double for accommodation, and haven't been able to see as much as I expected of the country.

SSandeep KolambeReview for Astoria Resort Palawan: Our stay at Astoria Resort Palawan was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we landed, the entire experience was smooth, relaxing, and memorable. Here’s a detailed breakdown of why we loved our time at this wonderful resort: 1. Smooth Airport Pickup: We were greeted right at the airport with a seamless transfer to the resort. The pick-up was quick, efficient, and stress-free, making the start of our vacation that much easier. 2. Warm Welcome: Upon arriving at the resort, the staff greeted us with such warmth and hospitality. The welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the smiles from the team made a lasting impression. 3. Early Check-in: Since we were traveling with a 1-year-old, we were really grateful when the resort allowed us to check in early, around 9 am. It was such a thoughtful gesture, as it gave us time to settle in and rest after the flight. 4. Amazing Breakfast & Accommodating Staff: The breakfast spread was a highlight of every morning. The food was not only delicious, but the staff was incredibly accommodating to our dietary preferences. We are vegetarian, and they made sure to provide a variety of options that catered to our needs—thank you so much for that! 5. Outstanding Service by Folyca: A special shoutout to Folyca, the receptionist, who went above and beyond to help us with any questions and needs we had during our stay. Her professionalism and helpful attitude made a huge difference in our experience. 6. Spacious & Beautiful Room: Our room was perfect! It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch, and it truly felt like a luxury escape. 7. Incredible Amenities: The resort offers so many fantastic amenities! We had the choice of three swimming pools, including a stunning infinity pool that overlooks the gorgeous views. The water park was a big hit with our son, who had an absolute blast. There’s also a massage center, which was wonderfully relaxing, and a lovely canopy area for tour inquiries and bookings. Whether you’re into golf, relaxing by the beach, or enjoying a delicious dinner by the water, there’s something for everyone here. 8. Dinner with Fire Dance: Dining at the resort’s beachfront restaurant was a magical experience. Not only did we enjoy fantastic meals, but we were also treated to a mesmerizing fire dance performance as we dined. It added such a special touch to the evening. 9. Fantastic Staff: Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. Kent, Arvin, and Susan, especially, were always so humble, kind, and smiling, even when we had late-night requests for dinner or drinks. Their hospitality truly made us feel like family. 10. Overall Experience: We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The resort’s incredible service, beautiful facilities, and welcoming staff made this one of the best trips we’ve ever had. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories, and it’s all thanks to Astoria Resort Palawan. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene and luxury escape in Palawan! TTeeks Pros: Our stay at Piece Lio was decent overall. The aesthetics matched the pictures online, and the studio was spacious with a lovely balcony view overlooking the rainforest. I really appreciated the Dyson hairdryer in the room, which made things much easier with long hair. The staff were friendly, polite, and kind, thank you guys! Cons: There were some small issues in the room, such as paint patches peeling off and small holes near the window shutters, which need attention, especially for a fairly new hotel. The biggest disappointment was discovering that there is no gym or spa, even though both are listed in the hotel’s description. This may not be a big deal for everyone, but it was for us since we had planned our trip around maintaining our fitness and relaxation routine. Instead, guests are given access to facilities within the same hospitality group. The gym and spa are located offsite, about 15 minutes away in town. While the hotel provides free shuttle service to and from that location, the drive feels much longer than expected due to island roads. The gym is small with basic equipment, and the spa, called Rituals Health and Spa, felt old and in need of renovation. Breakfast was average and not really to our liking. It was also inconvenient because most restaurants at Lio Beach do not open until around 10 a.m., leaving limited early morning options. We ended up eating at another nearby hotel restaurant, Molave, which was the only one open at that time. One of the staff members incorrectly told us there were other options available earlier, which suggests a need for better training and communication. Another issue was with a pre-booked van ride to one of the beaches. We had confirmed it via WhatsApp, but when we went downstairs, the staff had no record of it. To their credit, they handled the situation professionally and offered us a free one-way ride to make up for the inconvenience. Overall: The staff were warm and helpful, but management needs to improve communication, training, and most importantly, the accuracy of the facilities listed online. It feels misleading to advertise a gym and spa that are not actually part of the hotel. The lack of an in-house restaurant was also inconvenient, especially when you want a quick meal without leaving the property. If the hotel eventually adds its own spa and gym, it would be a much better experience. We did recommend it to friends for a short stay before their flight, but I would not suggest booking it if your priority is having fitness and spa facilities in one place. Overall, would return it they added the facilities! P.S. there’s cats! I’m not a cats person so it was a little uncomfortable to have them downstairs in the lobby area .

LLunate sigmaHonest Review Pros: - The lady who was in charge (We think she's the manager) is really nice and helpful. - Distance: THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE DEAL. Hotel is near the beach and most of the local restaurants so we didn't experience any problem. (I recommend the cafe and 'Terminal' near the beach 😊) - AC and the room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the temp plus the room felt really homey and comfy - The hotel was really pretty or what we call aesthetic. My baby really liked the designs - Free breakfast and coffee was a good deal, but don't expect too much. - How much we got the reservation for 3d2n. Great offer from this app :) - Staff are nice especially the ones in the restaurant. Wasn't able to ask her name but she was a waiter there and also served our food (afternoon) and the guy who was at the front desk when we checked out Cons: - Service fee. I do understand that this is necessary to support the staff, but if you are on a tight budget it might be better to eat outside (sorry...) - Food was too expensive for the quality and the quantity... I recommend the chicken inasal since it had a big portion. - Room service and cleanliness - Manager said we could ask for a room service and we could just call them of we need one. We called them on our second day and we waited until our stay ended but no onr came to clean 😅 The girl who answered the phone was kinda masungit or maybe it was the tone of her voice. She told me that they are quiet busy at the moment and told me to just wait - I do understand if they're short staffed or something? But the dirt was kinda bothering us already so we just tried to clean the room on our own - Cockroaches and ants. So in connection to my previous review... Yes, there are cockroaches in the room especially the bathroom. It doesn't help that they don't clean the rooms daily. - Breakfast is not a room service. You have to go down to the restaurant and eat it there. - Room view. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. Our view was okay because we are can view the pool... And our neighbors ac unit lmao. On the plus side since the units were emitting hot air, it was easier for us to dry our towels 😂 It was really different from the picture. - Pool was kinda dirty - Overpriced goods. They have a mini store in the hotel but it would be better to pack up snacks or drinks before coming here. - OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED. Better be careful when bringing meals in the hotel. Even after listing this, we would still love to come back and stay here. I do hope they give us a better room next time 😅

GGuest UserTotal mismatch in price/quality. We stayed in the room for 5 nights, during this time the room was never cleaned, not even the trash was taken out. In addition to everything else, we lived in room 2, it is opposite the staff room, they simply took the chair from our balcony and did not bring it back, we had to constantly pick it up ourselves. The Internet was only available on the balcony, it was impossible to use the Internet in the room, and even mobile Internet was practically non-existent. The blades of the air conditioner are broken, so they are simply glued with tape. All the plumbing is in a sad state. The hair dryer stated in the description was not in the room. On the plus side - the water heater works, the sockets didn't suit us, they bought adapters for us, at breakfast you could ask to increase the portion a little, they didn't charge extra (there was an omelette from 1 egg, I asked to make it from 2, they met me halfway), very friendly staff, they offered us to leave our things at the reception before check-in and go for a walk. We bought excursions at the hotel - they gave us a cool mask for snorkeling. The location of the hotel is a separate song) There is a safe!)

GGuest UserMantiloc resort is a paradise. If you are looking for a relaxing time in a unique spot this place is for you. The staff are so kind and helpful, they make it an amazing stay. The half day boat trip is also well worth it and one of the best parts of our trip. The menu could do with being expanded, with more vegetarian and vegan options. Also a barista coffee option would make it perfect., though a nespresso machine was a available upon request
