Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! The Zuri Resort was a great property. It has a super beautiful outlook of the bay and neighbouring islands. The rooms were comfortable, the food was good and reasonably priced and the service was exceptional. On our first day of check-in, I injured myself pretty bad on the kids waterslide whilst playing with my daughter (my daughter did the same immediately after me so I think it’s more of a design flaw than user error) to the point that I had to go to hospital. The hotel staff did absolutely everything to ensure I was taken care of and looked after me exceptionally well for the remainder of my stay. I’d recommend to others and would happily return.

Malinis naman po! Pero Diko alam bat nangangati yung toddler ko. Maganda yung hotel kids friendly may play house at may pool for kids. Gandaaaaa. Then hinatiran ako ng breakfast sa room kc di ako maka baba kc may mga infant at toddler thank you! Masarap din yung foods 😍😍😍 Malapit din sa Robinsons Palawan, Starbucks and many more ❤️.

Nice hotel, good location close to town center and airport. Has a big room, complete facilities, good atmosphere, clean and has a great free breakfast included. With good wifi and staffs are attentive. You can have a great time to relax and enjoy your vacations here.

We stayed for 5 full nights and our whole experience was more than great to be honest. All the staff from front office to dining to room and facilities did great except for Anna, a front desk associate who manifested her arrogance when I requested to have our breakfast packed instead. She was very firm in denying the request and offered zero options to the point of even pointing out that the breakfast was complimentary even if we chose to pay extra if we wanted to have breakfast included. She called to apologize after i talked to her supervisor, Joni. The other minor issue is the proximity of the place to the business centers. It was a bit off the business district but it was close to the beach. Other than these, everything was okay. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Upon checking in at the reception, the attendant told us that they overlooked out 2nd hotel room booking due to system glitch and busy holiday season which is very understandable. Fortunately, we have booking reference and email confirmation as supporting document. The manager came in and assisted us and negotiated with us to settle the matter and the manager is so thoughtful and considerate to my family we have one Senior citizen and one child. She managed very well and sorted the issue in that very moment. Kudos to the night shift team from 9pm onwards.

The Hotel is 2mins from the departures door of the airport. Staff service is superb but that’s a standard in the Philippines. Rooms clean. The only issue I had was with the wifi in the room which didn’t work and the hotel stuff were not able to fix. Overall in my opinion this hotel is better value for money than others in the same range.

A great place with a fantastic location! There's a superb supermarket right next door that even has a cinema, which is incredibly convenient. Highly recommended! Plus, it offers excellent value for money.

I have stayed in this diving hotel in 2016. When I checked in again this time, I found that it has been expanded. The hotel area and rooms are larger than before, the facilities are complete, and the food is also very good👍

It's a nice and hotel with very good in room facilities, we stayed in the ground floor room which open up into some beautiful views of the gardens. Plenty of space and has nice feel to it. It's located about 10-15 minute shuttle out of the town centre of el nido, the hotel provides free return shuttles at all times of the day and night which is really helpful. Lio beach where the hotel is situated is also quite nice with multiple restaurant options and convention store just outside the hotel. We had the breakfast each morning which you can have delivered to your room or sit out in the dining area to eat, the food was amazing with a good sized serving, I would recommend this to anyone staying here (only 1000 pesos so good price as well) The team of staff at Piece Lio go over and above to help out wherever they can. - thank you peice Lio we will be back!
