I wholeheartedly recommend a stay at the InterContinental Warsaw! My wife and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary here. From the moment we walked in, we were met with incredibly pleasant and professional service, and a lovely anniversary surprise was waiting for us in our room – a truly wonderful gesture from the hotel. Our room was exceptionally quiet and comfortable, and the view of the Palace of Culture and the Złota 44 skyscraper from it was absolutely breathtaking. Our mornings were made even better by the very rich, diverse, and top-notch breakfast spread. One of the hotel's big advantages is the entire recreational area. I really appreciated the unlimited access to the gym, located on the top floor, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the palace while working out. Additionally, as part of our room reservation, we had the option to book an hour-long session at the pool, which was the perfect, hassle-free complement to our relaxation. All in all, it made for a perfect trip that we'll definitely cherish in our memories!

The room is clean and tidy, and the location is super convenient for exploring the Old Quarter. Plus, right in front is a bus stop, perfect for getting around or heading to the airport. If you have a lot of luggage or bulky suitcases, this guesthouse is a great choice. Each bed has a curtain, providing a sense of privacy, and every bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station and easy to find. Check-in and check-out were smooth and pleasant. They readily held my luggage after check-out, and the ticket-based retrieval system gave me peace of mind. Water dispensers in the lobby and elevator halls on the guest floors were a great touch, allowing for free refills. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and there was plenty of seating, making for a relaxed meal.

All the major attractions are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. Downstairs, you'll find a hub of various dining options, so everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment is right at your fingertips. The hotel itself is upscale and grand, with sophisticated and stylish decor. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is wonderfully soft, ensuring an excellent stay. It's perfect for both holiday getaways and leisure trips. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location, just few mins walk from old town. Hotel is neat and clean. Although have a tiny problem of the bathroom, staff are super helpful and offer instant solution and arrangement without any delay. A pleasant stay in this hotel!

I stayed at this hotel for a one-night layover, and for that purpose, I would definitely recommend it. I had read reviews saying it was about 20 minutes from the airport, but it was much closer than I expected. Using the Bolt app, our taxi from the airport to the hotel cost 30 PLN (Polish złoty), and our pre-booked Bolt ride back to the airport the next day cost 46 PLN. Both journeys took only about 5–7 minutes, making this hotel a very convenient option for an airport layover. We requested a late check-out, and although usually it depends on room availability, we were lucky, and the hotel kindly allowed us to stay an extra two hours free of charge. This was greatly appreciated since our flight was later in the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even gave me directions to the nearest convenience store, which was about a 10-minute walk away easy to find and perfect for buying snacks and drinks, they even sell cooked meals such as sandwiches and other ready-made meals. There is also a self-service convenience store just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, but unfortunately, we couldn't use it because entry requires registration with a Polish (or a limited number of other countries') phone number to unlock the door. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have dinner from 5PM to 10PM. While the food was decent, it wasn't quite to our taste and it is a bit expensive; also the staff didn't speak much English. The room was small but perfectly adequate for two people staying overnight. The bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the excellent water pressure in the shower. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable choice for an airport layover, and I would happily stay here again the next time I'm in Warsaw.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. We have not checked out the swimming pool and the terrace nor had a breakfast there, so can’t say anything about those really. We booked a room with a king size bed and were first assigned one with two single/twin (?) beds which were pushed together. The receptionist informed us there is no guarantee you will get a bed which you have originally booked in the app, but ended up giving us an upgrade for a room with a river view and a king size bed.

The location is fantastic, very close to Warsaw's Old Town, making it super convenient for getting around. The surrounding area is also great for a stroll, with lovely scenery! The breakfast spread was quite rich too, with plenty of choices!

The room is on the small side, a bit cramped, really only suitable for one person. On the plus side, it's clean and tidy. Breakfast options are a bit limited and don't change much day-to-day. There's a small supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby, so dining is convenient. It's also close to the EXPO, about a 15-minute walk. The only downside is that the subway construction nearby makes the area a bit dusty.

New hotel close to the airport. Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable smell of lacquer and glue. The lady at the front desk was not particularly friendly; she didn't realize I had booked a room with breakfast. The breakfast was good, and after I pointed it out, the coffee from the drip machine was refilled.
