Good location. Enough sympathy. Small room. Limited parking. No large common spaces, although with a pleasant living room, without TV. Breakfast with the most important things, without exaggeration, in a pleasant room.

Hotel bem localizado, mesmo no coração do centro histórico de Tomar. A suíte tinha 2 pisos, criando 2 ambientes distintos. O pequeno almoço era muito variado e bem servido. É pena este Hotel não ter piscina. Sugestão: o rooftop poderia ficar aberto até mais tarde

This hotel was lovely. The rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. Everything was super clean. They have a chapel for meditation, it is a Catholic hotel. Gift shop included in the hotel, also very easy access to high quality candles for the candle procession at the shrine (1€ each). Loads of parking available. Small downside was the sub-optimal breakfast selection, at least in comparison to other hotels of the same trip. I still ate plenty.

It was a small room, with no space for a decent chair. There were no cups or glasses whatsoever, not even in the toilet. We were the only two taking breakfast there. The food was acceptable.

We had a fantastic night's stay and rest at Tomar story. It was extremely clean and the room was decorated beautifully. We loved the themed aspect of our room and the window and view of the river was beautiful. The hotel staff were lovely and looked after our luggage outside of the check in / checkout times. Tomar is a brilliant riverside town and the visit to the Castle and Church of Christ to see the Knights Templar headquarters has been the highlight of our Portuguese tour.

Great location and a very welcoming building that has maintained its original design, which adds to its value. The welcome and service are excellent, as well as the availability and flexibility to resolve guests' issues. Regarding cleanliness, the place seemed impeccable. Easy stopover off the A1. Accessible through the services. Simple cold breakfast available, plenty of choice with hot drinks. Room basic but very clean and had everything I needed for my overnight stay. Was able to check in still at midnight after a delayed flight.

Room with unpleasant view, terrible pillows. Clean and hygienic bathroom. Good mattress. Very friendly service. Very good private parking.

This hotel is right next to the new church and echoes the old church square. It only takes five minutes to walk to the tourist attraction. You can go back to the hotel to rest at any time. There are many restaurants near the hotel. The local Portuguese food is very delicious. It is a very rare experience.
