"Hotel is a bit old, but at a good location. We came during winter, the heating was not very sufficient. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly. We were given free car park but it's located in another building and handling luggage was a bit hassle, and you will still need to climb stairs even though there is a lift."

"반에서 자동차를 렌트해서 한밤중에 호텔에 도착 했더니 저녁 5시가 넘으면 자동으로 결제 되어 특별히 할 일이 없었음. 아침에 일찍 일어나 보니 아라랏 산이 잘 보였다. 옥상이라고 하지만 실내에서 아라랏 산 촬영을 하고 아침 식사를 한 다음 지난 밤에 반에서 3시간 정도 차를 타고 왔기 때문에 벌레들이 차에 잔뜩 붙어 있었다. 사장에게 이야기해서 벌레를 떼어 내려면 물을 좀 얻을 수 있는가 했더니 사장이 걱정하지말라며 직원을 데리고 30분 이상 깨끗이 손 세차를 해 줬다. 너무 미안하고 고마웠다. 세차비를 드리려하니 안받겠다 하며 정 주고 싶으면 직원을 주라고 해서 직원에게 200tr 을 줬다. 미안하고 감사했다. 단 직원들이 영어가 잘 안되어서 어려운 면이 있기도 했다."

Hotel is a bit old, but at a good location. We came during winter, the heating was not very sufficient. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly. Very nice view especially when having the breakfast!
Can see the snow mountain !
And the breakfast is also very yum .
The room is quite simple , but acceptable .
The reception didn’t speak good English , but so far quite helpful

SAPOVALOVNice hotel, 2.5 kilometers from the bus station. After a long journey, we walked there. A taxi is 30 lire. Friendly staff. We got a room with a view of Mount Ararat. Turkish bath, sauna, massage. Unfortunately, the swimming pool does not work. Turkish breakfast is good. Various types of bread cheese, butter, sausages, Russian salads like Olivier, and cottage cheese rolls. The room has a kettle. The hotel also rented a car. We went to the Iranian border, to the foothills and Lake Fan. Very satisfied with the hotel. 👍
