Church of San Andres

It is located in Plaza de la Merced, a Romanesque-styled temple built in the 12th century. The tower is made of brick in the Mudejar style and has a slate spire. It has four doors, the first is solid and the rest is decorated with semicircular and horseshoe arches. The lower half of the eastern side of the first body is hidden by a masonry apse that was attracted to it later. Another element that stands outside the church is the cross, that is on the front, made from the same stone, that brings elegance to the building, making it different from the rest. Within the walls of the city, halfway between the Alcazar and the Cathedral, is well worth the detour.
