The location near Salzburg HBF was the best plus and the service was good! The team got us free transport tickets for one day without us asking and was able to bring us an electric kettle on our request! We have everything we needed for the room, bed, shower and toilet facilities are in very good condition! No problem during our one night stay at all!

Hotel staff is great and i paid for a superb breakfast! I like that the hotel is right next to the train station and A huge mall. View from the restaurant was also breathtaking. Salzburg is beautiful, and the reception tried their best to be accommodating and kind towards visitors. Room is clean and great for solo travellers, stay was absolutely value for money. Hotel is walkable to salz river if u fancy a quick run, and then near multiple attractions. Convenient and comfortable stay, a shame i couldn’t be there longer 🥲

We came thinking the resto and bar would be open, but found out we were there out of season. We booked on Trip.com which didn't have the details on the closure for low season, so check the website for details depending on the time of year. Otherwise the place was nice, parking was easy, and the view from the hotel was great. It's about a 7 minute drive up from the town.

Location: The hotel is located near Salzburg Central Station, about a 5-minute walk from the station. The 150 bus stop is also nearby, making it very convenient for travelers with luggage. While the rooms and reception are not in the same building, they are very close, only a few dozen meters apart. Rooms and Facilities: The reception upgraded us to a suite. The room was large and included standard hotel amenities, as well as an open kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, and tableware, allowing us to prepare simple meals. The balcony overlooked a quiet courtyard at the back. Overall, the hotel was quiet and clean. Service: Check-in and luggage storage were handled very well. They provided a complimentary Salzburg one-day pass and proactively upgraded our room. We were very satisfied.

Location, facilities, service, front desk assistance, and cost – everything was exceptional. While there might be a slight chance of water leaking from the shower, it's not an issue if you're careful. Even with that minor point, it was still superb. I only stayed one night on a solo trip, so my time there was short, but it's a hotel I wished I could have stayed longer in. I highly recommend it, to say the least.

Close to old town only about 3.5 km by bus and the bus stop right in front of the hotel. Room very clean. Bed comfortable. And quiet. And staff very friendly and helpfull. And mc donal just next door. Love this hotel and love to be back here again sometimes

Everything is good. The hotel is located right next to the train station and bus station, best for traveler on either long or short journey. Good restaurants are nearby, McDonald at next door runs till 2am so no one could be starve. Vending machine is around and served 24 hours. For the hotel room, pillow is soft and nice, blanket are warm, good enough space for showcases. Bathroom is simple but you have everything, including a bath tub and hair dryer. Staff are nice, helpful and efficient, I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room is a bit packed as the bed is super big. Having said that, the room is nicely designed and decorated. Free mini-bar with daily refill is rarely found in hotels in Europe. The buffet breakfast is absolutely the highlight. The omelette is crispy outside and molten inside, preserving the freshness and original flavours of all ingredients. Must try! All hotel staffs are polite and helpful. In terms of location, whether or not it is convenience, it depends. It is in the middle of Salzburg central station and the old town, going to either location is about 12 minutes walk. Salzburg down town is not big anyway. Everything is in walking distance.

Highly recommended, environmental health services are particularly good, suitable for family travel ~ breakfast is also very delicate ~
