I had a wonderful experience at the this Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

First of all, the price is very cost-effective in the capital of Kinshasa, unless you want to stay in a local small hotel; secondly, it is not as other reviews said (maybe improved), the staff are very enthusiastic, and if you have any questions, the lobby manager downstairs will help. Help solve the problem; as for the lack of breakfast varieties, I think it’s okay. It’s not a big problem if you’re full. There are breads, fruits, and staple food. After all, it’s free; the food cooked by the chef is delicious, and the price is okay. It’s only 20 US dollars for a full meal. Well, no problem at all; the facilities in the guest room are a bit lacking, there is no mineral water, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, etc. You need to contact the guest room staff. . . Overall, I felt that I was very happy staying here for two days. I recommend trying their various masalas, which taste really good. . .
The first time I stayed, I felt awful. Booked the business room and suite online and paid for it. It was more than 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and even said that the room had not been vacated. Waiting for an hour and a half at the front desk, only a few rooms were vacated, and the room type was still inconsistent. In this case, the front desk also said that it would have to pay $75. The plane that drove late at night, we left at 21 o'clock.
Beautiful place to stay, the rooms are very clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast with so many choices. The only problem is the noise coming from outside (the market or street) as the hotel is located in a very busy commercial area. Apart from that, can’t wait to go back. Thanks
Stella was a good hotel but recently the service leaves to desire , we hope it will innovate and rise up the hill .

戴戴The rooms are relatively small and the sanitary conditions are good. They are generally equivalent to a domestic three-star bar. The restaurant is open. There are many flies in the breakfast area and the lobby is crowded. Guests arrive early to let the room open and they have to charge money. Some people say that they can not charge it. I don’t know if it’s the waiter’s own standards and the service is enthusiastic. This hotel is not designed as a hotel, it feels like other buildings have been modified. It is basically the second hotel in the local area.
