AAnonymous UserThe best for the food side. And for the room and its facilities, maybe there should be routine maintenance improvements to make it better in the future because the water in the washbasin is always dripping and in the bathtub the water drain cover is not functioning properly.

GGuest UserCheck in and check out was seamless. Breakfast was bit hectic with nobody show us where to seat so we had to wander around. The variety of breakfast was OK, their tempe goreng surprisingly was the best in my pov. Room was basic, small bed compared to other hotels with the same price, no in-room minibar.

GGuest UserWe had a very nice room it was quite clean ( Could be cleaner perhaps) but the room average was good. We had a funtime during weekend at the aqualand just little bit disappointed that during week days the slides during the day wasn’t operational. The breakfast was good with quite some choice. Overall definitely a place i could go back to

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. However, when I first tried to enter the room, the key card did not work and required a reset. Fortunately, the hotel staff responded quickly and resolved the issue promptly, so it did not significantly affect my stay.
The hotel is located in an urban area, which is very convenient. At night, it is easy to find food as there are many street food vendors and various meal options right across the hotel.
The check-out process was also efficient and assisted by friendly staff.
Overall, the hotel is comfortable for business travel, with responsive service and a location that makes it easy to find meals in the evening.

DdiondewanataA big modern hotel in Samarinda. The location is a bit far from the city centre (20 mins driving while the traffic low and 30-35 mins in the rush hour).
Although it’s located just above the Big Mall, the hotel has poor accessibility, especially for pedestrians and online food couriers because they have to go through the car ramp to get into the hotel’s front door!
The room is modern, clean, and have great amenities. But, the noise from outside the room could be heard easily since it has poor soundproofing.
When i checked in, it took more than one hour since i have to lined up into the queue and the process itself took a long time. It was the longest time i spend for check in! The queue is only five person in front of me and they opened all the check in counters.

The check-in process was smooth and quick, with professional and friendly staff at the front desk. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities — including a minibar, air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bed was comfortable.
Breakfast buffet offered a variety of Indonesian options, and the taste was good overall.
I’d gladly stay here again on my next trip to Balikpapan.
