The hotel is not far from Lake Tazawa, and a shuttle bus is available to Tazawako Station, making it very convenient. The bus bound for Nyuto Onsen from Tazawako Station gets off at the Daikannon-mae stop and walks about 10 minutes. If you're lugging luggage, I recommend either taking a taxi or the hotel shuttle, as the uneven terrain makes walking difficult.
The hotel is an older establishment, but the rooms have been newly renovated and are quite nice. The hot springs were average, the dinner was good, and the breakfast was average.
The experience was truly remarkable, offering a unique blend of comfort and tranquility. The traditional Japanese design elements created a sense of serenity that was instantly calming. Soaking in the hot spring bath under the open sky was a truly unforgettable experience. Every detail, from the minimalist decor to the attentive service, enhanced the feeling of well-being. It was a perfect escape, a place where one could truly relax and rejuvenate.
The hotel is conveniently located right next to the JR station, with direct access through the local products store, which was a huge convenience. The room quality felt akin to a 4-star standard, boasting a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. However, despite the decent room size, the layout was quite problematic; the table and chairs took up too much space, leaving little to no room for luggage. While most essential amenities were provided, specific items like makeup remover were missing. The mini-fridge didn't cool very well, and even with the air conditioning set to 24°C, the room remained uncomfortably warm, preventing a refreshing sleep. It's about a one-kilometer walk to the main street of the Kanto Festival.
The hotel has a very good location. Although not immediately next to the JR station, it's a short and easy walk to get to the hotel from Akita Station. When you see the Museum of Art in the photo, you are arriving. Also, the famous Senshū Park is just across from the street.
It's a grand hotel with nice rooms. The staff are friendly and professional.
It's not far from the bar district. There are many interesting bars over there. After a couple of drinks, you can just walk back to the hotel.
After getting off at Tianzehu Station, take the nipple line bus to what station to rest, and the fare is 500 yen. After getting off the bus, I called the hotel to pick up the station and I didn't get through. The reliable Trip.com customer service helped contact the hotel. This kind of snow is the expression of the value of Trip.com .
The open-air hot springs on snowy days are so beautiful.
The room is large, the meal is quite satisfactory, the outdoor private soup is free, the big bath is also good, and the crane soup is sent to the crane soup for an hour at night. It is worth it. It is really a treasure hotel.
Service - the service was one of the best and most hospitable in Japan I've come across
Location - it is just located 5mins' walk from the Yuze Onsen JR station (though it is a local line with not very frequent trains - about 3-4 a day). yet they have a shuttle service to cover that 2 mins drive!
Dinner - the food was well presented and delicious.
onsen - There are 2 onsens, one indoors and one outdoors in the snow. they were comfortable (although they did not have a fantastic view, but it does its job). temperature was right and wea almost had all of it to ourselves.
The hotel is located by Lake Tazawa. There is a shuttle bus to pick up at Lake Tazawa Station. The hotel staff is very friendly and polite. The room is very clean and the wind and shadow outside the window are beautiful. There is also a family bath, which is very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast are included. Food Very delicious, highly recommended.
The hotel is easily accessible from JR Akita Station West Exit, just a short walk across the street via a covered walkway. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located on the ground floor, and the Akita Museum of Art is just a short stroll further, making its location excellent. The hotel is new and impeccably clean. The bathrooms are quite spacious, though with the excellent large public bath (onsen/daiyokujo) available, we didn't bother using the in-room shower. The on-site laundry facilities were very convenient. Breakfast offers a fantastic selection, with an abundant spread of both Western and Japanese dishes, far surpassing what you'd expect from hotels in the same category. Nearby, there's a restaurant called Honke Abeya, renowned for its Akita Hinai chicken – a local specialty that comes highly recommended. Highly recommended!
I booked this hotel because the price was cheap, and I was very satisfied.
The room was small, but there was no strange smell, which was nice. In the evening, they even served ramen, drinks, and snacks! There was also a large public bath, so I was able to stretch my legs and relax and relieve the fatigue of my travels. The amenities included makeup remover, lotion, and milky lotion, which was very helpful.
The breakfast was also delicious and the best.
There are many good hotels and inns that are worth the money, but I can only take my hat off to the quality this much for this price.
The hotel is close to the station, about 5 minutes away. The doorway is generally decorated, but the room layout is eye-catching. The service is average, after checking in, we are instructed to take the stairs before there is a lift. No one in front of the desk knows English.

AAnonymous UserStaff service is excellent.
Management pays attention to many detailed needs of guests.
Great food variety, and many local foods are presented. Foods are delicious too.
Onsen is excellent too.
1100708****Small but nice room! Although I didn’t catch the night ramen (the deadline was 9:30pm), I was very happy to enjoy the hot spring! ! Men and women are separated, the facilities are clean, and you can stay there until 24:00! ! The silent bath was very quiet. Everyone was polite and didn't disturb each other. I enjoyed it very much! ! ! After checking in, each person can get a free bottle of drink~~

Ssatoshi nishibayashiThe woman at the inn was blunt, but she was normal, and if the location is gone, you can't find an inexpensive inn.
The difficulty of less 々 was blind.
Please continue to do your best.
EEddieGPrevious night was a happy one. Stayed a further 2 nights. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job. So did the front office and other staff. The restaurant staff were also helpful with our enquiries and went out of their way to give us advice. Unfortunately upon check out there was an unusual room charge transaction to our debit card supposedly fm Richmond hotel. Both front office and my side could not solve the discrepancy. The hotel provided all help necessary for me to resolve the matter in due course. Hopefully the matter will be resolved eventually or we will end up with paying a further 500 sgd for our stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel managers or receptionists were great, especially, the day receptionist! The housekeepers were also very nice and congenial. They keep the place clean. I also love the ”onsen”! Thank you guys!

GGuest UserThe location is not very convenient, but you can walk to the station, so it's not that inconvenient.
The room was spacious compared to other business hotels, so I was able to spend a relaxing time there.
