The standout feature of Hotel MyStays Yokohama Kannai is its excellent location. It’s a short, pleasant 7-10 minute walk from Kannai Station, Staff were consistently polite, professional, and helpful, speaking adequate English for check-in. The rooms, while compact as is standard in Japanese business hotels, are smartly designed and impeccably clean. The room size is the main compromise. If you’re traveling with large suitcases, maneuvering can be a bit of a puzzle. It’s perfectly manageable for solo travelers or couples traveling light, but those wanting spacious accommodations should book a larger room category. While the price is fair for the location and quality, it can edge toward the higher side during peak seasons.

Our stay was fantastic, this is definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Yokohama! The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a few minutes' walk to the Minato Mirai shopping area, the subway station, and the waterfront promenade. It's incredibly convenient for both transportation and sightseeing. The room was spotless and modern, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the view of the city/harbor was excellent, creating a truly relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast selection was extensive, with both Western and Chinese options that were very much to our taste. The facilities are new, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, allowing for a very flexible itinerary. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with family, or for business, this hotel offers great value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Yokohama!

My colleague stayed here before and recommended it, so I decided to give it a try this time. It's a bit of a shame the window wasn't perfectly aligned for the best view, but I could still see the ocean, which was nice. The area downstairs is great for walking around too, with malls, drugstores, and supermarkets all easily accessible. Plus, the subway is nearby, making it super convenient for getting around.

Best place to stay.Station is very near. The hotel is clean and have breakfast available. Decent breakfast.i love to stay again.Indian food is available nearby. The only thing is bathrooms are small but manageble.

The hotel is located to the west of the stadium, just绕 the stadium from the east side, and it's right by the Kannai subway station. It's actually a historic building, a really beautiful white house. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs and a Sukiya restaurant next door. The twin room is much larger, and it even comes with a curling iron! I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Chinatown.

The hotel is incredibly convenient, located directly within the Odawara Station complex, although it can be a little tricky to find for first-timers. From Odawara Station's East Exit (stay within the station building), take a short escalator down. You'll spot the Lusca mall on your right. Upon entering, Marugame Udon is on your left, and Seijo Ishii supermarket is directly opposite. Walk past Marugame, turn left to exit the mall, then turn right onto a glass-enclosed walkway outside. Continue straight, passing a parking lot on your right. Keep going until you see the hotel's directional sign (like the one in the last photo). Take the escalator up to the 4th floor, where you'll find the hotel lobby. We stayed in a Double B room, which was relatively spacious and well-suited for a family of three. This particular room type, which we only saw listed on Ctrip, was excellent. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation but no bathtub. However, the public bath on the 10th floor was very comfortable (remember to bring your own towel!). There's also a foot bath on the 14th floor offering scenic views. If daily cleaning is desired, simply place the 'clean my room' sign outside your door, and fresh towels and yukata will be provided. Even if you forget the sign, they thoughtfully leave fresh yukata and towels at your door – a really nice touch. I appreciated this considerate service that respected our privacy. The bedding was comfortable, and individually packaged facial cleanser, makeup remover, and body lotion were replenished daily. Odawara is a wonderful city, and this hotel's location makes it extremely convenient for visiting Hakone, Atami, and Kamakura. I would love to visit again and would definitely choose this hotel for my next stay. The only minor downsides were the slight train noise (though I still slept very well during my three-night stay) and the slightly stiff toothbrush provided.

This branded hotel is definitely different from traditional Japanese hotels. The rooms are spacious, and the lobby is grand, built with high-quality materials, exuding a sense of luxury everywhere. Breakfast offers both Western and Japanese options. The Western buffet is on the first floor, while the Japanese set meal is on the fourth floor. The overall service is excellent, and the food is decent. The Japanese restaurant is less crowded and has a more refined atmosphere, while the Western restaurant is busier but offers views of the bay and cruise ships. The location is very convenient; all nearby attractions are within walking distance. The Landmark Tower is currently under construction and won't reopen until 2028, and other museums are closed on Mondays.

We were staying in Yokohama for 7 nights. We almost changed our hotel to another but we were too lazy to move. So we decided to stay 7 nights straight at the Hotel Plumm, which wasn't disappointing us. Adding up to a former review, facial foam and cream hoel selected to provide guests was quite high quality. Exiting Yokohama Station West Gate, it's a maximum 10-minute walk, passing Italian restaurants, conveyor belt sushi, and a supermarket. You can take either the outdoor escalator or elevator up to the building. The room is clean and well-arranged, not cramped at all. I especially liked the separated wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and the combined bathtub and shower. It's very convenient for going to Tokyo the next day, and the price is about a third lower, so I've already extended my stay.

The room was spacious enough for two 24-inch suitcases to open comfortably. On clear mornings, you could even see Mount Fuji from the window, which was a nice bonus! It's super convenient for exploring the surrounding areas from Yokohama – easy access to Tokyo, Haneda Airport, Hakone, and Kamakura. Perfect for an extended stay if you're doing day trips. There's a supermarket downstairs that's open until 11 PM with great prices; a box of Haagen-Dazs was only ten yuan, so I ended up eating it every night! The only minor inconvenience was getting water in the room; you had to go to the hallway to refill, which I guess might be due to Kanagawa's environmental policies, as Tokyo doesn't seem to have this setup.
